Hyrolabs Avis 

I sent back my first order of their Shoulder Harness for Posture because it was too small. I am an XL in most all garments. HydroLabs was willing to do an exchange, but I had to pay an additional $9.95 for S&H. The second one, labeled XXL was the same size as the one I sent back. I threw it in the garbage.

The Hyrolabs website is calculated to deceive you into believing they are an innovative and beneficient company desiring to help people.

On August 13, 2024, I bought a "PostureFix" size XL, brace and a "ProStretch" device for applying traction to the cervical spine. Traction is achieved by inflating a bladder within, using a manual or an upgraded, push-button automatic air pump (so they said, but now I'm certain they never had any such upgraded model).

I opted for the upgraded, automatic pump model and paid extra for it. On checkout I was also charged for what I now know was fake shipping insurance. I paid over $200 for these items. A tattered package arrived August 27, 2024 which contained two items apparently from Hyrolabs although there was no labeling for this. However, not a one of the items delivered were what I had actually ordered.

Like everyone else who submitted a review of Hyrolabs on this TrustPilot site, the PostureFix back brace from the package was so small, it could only serve to improve the posture of a small animal--it was most certainly no size XL. Also, the straps that are supposed to pull your shoulders back and straighten your spine have only one side of a hook and loop fastener, but without the other side of the hook and loop system, the straps cannot be secured to maintain the posture correction.

Attempting to put the PostureFix on, one of the straps was only half way sewn on and it tore loose. Because of the size and poor construction issues, what Hyrolabs sent me in this item is unusable and is definitely NOT what I ordered.

Examination of the ProStretch revealed that it was not the upgraded model I had ordered, as it had no automatic pump, but at least it came with the manual pump. I emailed Hyrolabs (notably, there are only email addresses, but there is no ground address or phone number provided and they do not allow feedback or reviews on their site).

I sent an email advising Hyrolabs of the problems with my order and they seemed to respond appropriately, asking for a photo to confirm they had sent the wrong model and saying that after an investigation, they would do right by me. I sent a photo clearly showing the Prostretch with the manual pump (and NO automatic pump), so there would be no question but what I had not received what I had ordered.

I received several other, delaying emails from them when I began to insist on them either sending me the automatic pump system or refunding the additional money I paid for the upgrade. Each email from them was a polite but passive-aggressive attempt to delay and to discourage me to the point I would no longer complain. I swear, the agent (I don't call him a Customer Service person because all he knows is disservice) I was communicating with, John, has some serious mental pathology.

When at last I demanded satisfaction from this John, his response to me was that their records document that they did send me the upgraded model with the automatic pump, so I shouldn't be complaining.

On the Hyrolabs website, everything is on "sale" all the time, and they use this as an excuse to not ever accept returns or issue refunds, despite that they didn't send me what I ordered. John explained to me with a condescending tone to his texting, that I have no recourse and I should just accept that I got exactly what I wanted.

I attempted to reach out to John's superiors, thinking that a mentally deranged John might be damaging the company through his actions and attitude without the knowledge of his superiors. But all emails are intercepted by John, and I dont know even if there is anyone over John. He just might be one person that's running this criminal scam out of China single-handedly.

So after more than three months of fruitless correspondence and absolute frustration with this Wizard of Oz situation ("Everything's backwards and the Queen's off with her head"), I'm filing for fraud with my credit card company who will hopefully refund my money and claw back that amount from Hyrolabs.

While I'm mad as hell at these cretins, I'm also disappointed. The Hyrolabs website has a number of items that are innovative and in the right hands, at least had the potential to really help people.

But what seemed to be good ideas in the beginning, that inthe right hands, with attention to quality, proper management and best business practices could have been a solid, legitimate, and highly profitable company, were instead wasted on shoddy manufacturing, deceptive sales, non-existent customer service, and the company is now entirely dependent on taking advantage of the ill-informed.

There is no question but what this poor excuse for a business, this deformed and corrupt creature, should be shut down and the criminal "mastermind" John should be imprisoned for life.

Never received the product. Paid extra to garantie shipping. After 3 months they say the address I provided was false. What? They never heard of French Polynesia? I receive orders at the same address all the time. I never write reveiws but googled hydrolabs complaint and found trust pilot. Next time I wil consult trustpilot before ordering!

Not even a one! It took eight months to get one of these back supports, that’s after they told me it’s arrived. I explained it hasn’t arrived. Well we’re looking into it. Well, it’s arrived, we’re looking into it. Well eight months later, it arrived…...it is a knock off, it’s too small, it’s sewn together wrong. It cannot possibly be used as a back support. Don’t buy from these people. It is a scam. You’re just in the hole the amount of money you spent!

No return. No exchange. Bad business. Lost $39.99 for an unuse items.

I was foolish to order 2 and now I’m stuck! Both of them, one for my husband and one for I, were waaay too small! Even though they claim to have a 100% guarantee, it’s all a lie! They refuse to allow me to return them for a full refund. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card.

a scam they told me it was delivered and then sent details of a shipment to Texas - last time i checked Malaysia is not a state of the United States

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
I ORDED A PRODUCT 4 MONTHS AGO AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS LOST IN THE MAIL AND STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED OR SENT A REPLACEMENT.

I wished i would had read the reviews on this company i have the same exact problem,sent for size XXL,and what they sent,was for a very small person,they kept giving me the runaround i sent pictures,with me trying to put it on,could not get it up on my shoulder.After sending five emails back and forth,they said they sent me the the size i ordered but after the reviews i know now they are a scam company and i will let everybody know,there should be a class action filed against them because i am sure they have probably have ripped thousands of people off Tyke Shelley

No good. Avoid. Concept of product seems pretty good, but the largest size offered, 2XL, would only fit a child.

This company will not take returns on sale items. Fortunately for them, everything is on sale. Which means no returns. They sent me a back brace that doesn't fit and will not refund my money. Stay away; they are dishonest and in china.

Fraudulent company. Their product is $16 on Amazon. They charged $40 , size is very small and say they won’t take return as it is on sale. Don’t waste your money.

I talked my wife into letting me order (2), my size which is usually large, but I ordered X-Large and her a small. Received them in one month from the date of ordering. Both braces were kids sizes, because neither were close to our sizes. Way off !!! I too saw this product on Pinterest, and now I’m deleting Pinterest website, and out. $ 80.00 Wish we could start a clsss action suit.

The exact same thing that everyone else is writing about is my situation as well. This operation is one big fraud. Product way too small. Have you noticed there is no address printed on any email communication or even a phone number. Every communication is by email only. I even got one failure to deliver notice on one I sent. I will be letting ALL OF MY CREDIT COMPANIES know that this is a fraudulent outfit so to protect their clients they need to deny the charge.

Very shady company. When you order it states 30 day return policy. When you try to return because their sizing is waaaay off, they tell you that you bought under a sale and they cannot refund. If you argue they will offer 20% off another purchase, as if you would actually be dumb enough to purchase again!! I wear a size medium and ordered an XL brace, it barely fits! Would not recommend this company at all! TOTAL SCAM!!

Beware! This Hyrolabs Company is a scam! I am also a victim of getting a "Posture Fix" back brace and is labeled a Large, but it fits approximately like a Extra Small. They won't exchange.

I ordered a PostureFix from HydroLabs after I saw them advertised on Pinterest. I ordered an 2XL and it arrived in about 2 weeks. The size was not correct -- WAY too small! More like a child size. It did not even go around my waist. (I usually wear a L or XL in clothing). I was also not happy with the lightweight materials. I emailed the support office at Hydrolabs and all communication I received said they were committed to customer satisfaction, appreciated my purchase of their products, wanted to resolve my issue, etc. They asked for photos of the product, the QR code and other details, which I sent promptly.
In the final email I received from them they said they verified I received what I ordered however they were not able to authorize a return. They said returns were only made for items found damaged upon receipt. In addition, I purchased during a sale which made it not eligible for return or refund. They emphasized all this information was in their policies. Now I have an expensive item that I can't use that will end up in the landfill,
This whole story was repeated many times in other reviews - I'm just sorry I didn't do more research before purchasing! BEWARE!

I think think is a scam. It was way too small- like for a child and my request to exchange or return was ignored. Will call my cc company to get them involved.

I purchased a Hyro lab posture belt. In all other purchases that I have made in the last three years, I am an XL. So that’s what I ordered. It didn’t fit it couldn’t even go around my waist. I wrote the company after several emails back-and-forth they claim that I was delivered the size that I ordered and they’re not going to refund my money or exchange the item.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
The sizing is incorrect! They will not refund my money. They will not send me a new size. They will not do anything!

Less than one star. This company sent a product that has Velcro pieces to keep it together. No instructions in English. Multiple email communications with Support with a response that I got what I ordered with no attempt to resolve. The product does not look like the photo on the website. HyroLabs ProStretch has no manual pump as stated. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Product was received nearly 30 days after placing the order. Just long enough….
