Not really sure if I have ordered the right product for me . Would have liked to chat about it with a person. But giving it a go gel with gum shield and toothpaste on my third day not seen a change yet so have little faith at the moment.

I received my order only yesterday. After some time of neglecting my teeth due to chronic illness, I had some stains on my teeth. I have used the toothpaste and powder so far, only twice, and my stains are almost gone already!! My teeth look so much whiter already too! I'm shocked at the results and so pleased! I won't buy anything else going forward, Icy Bear for the win!!

You can use both the toothpaste and the powder in your routine, and they can be used together. We usually recommend brushing with the toothpaste first, as this helps clean and prepare your teeth, and then using the whitening powder afterwards to help enhance the whitening effect.
Some customers also prefer to alternate between the two depending on their routine, so both approaches are absolutely fine — it really comes down to what feels best for you.

The tooth whitening powder really does…
The tooth whitening powder really does seem to make a difference. Mouth feels clean and fresh too.
