Have only just ordered so can't review product but have been asked to review ordering process.. Purchasing was easy however the postage is really expensive at £4.56 which is standard delivery. Just feels like they give you a discount code and then add that saving to postal charges.. Hopefully the product is worth it 😊

Sadly not working for me.
My 1 star is nothing about the service I received from icybear,but just about the product sadly not making any difference to whitening my teeth. I have been using it now for 3 weeks,brushing my teeth everyday & not seen any difference. I will keep using it until it has gone and keep hoping.

Ordered on the 5th of September and have still not received my items. Sent email on 14th regarding my order and they said they would look into it now the 20th Still have not heard anything or had any shipping details very poor customer service was looking forward to trying this product but will not be ordering again.

No response to emails – £54 order still not received
I placed an order costing £54 on 31st August, and the payment was taken from my bank account on 1st September. However, I have still not received my order.
I have contacted the company twice using the email address provided as the customer service contact, but I have received absolutely no response to either email.
It is now 20th September, and I simply want to know what is happening with my order and when I can expect to receive it. Unfortunately, I have had to create a Trustpilot account and leave this review in an attempt to get someone to respond to me.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I continue to receive promotional emails from the company, yet they apparently cannot find the time to respond to a customer who has already paid £54 and is still waiting for their order.
Taking payment from a customer and then failing to respond to legitimate requests for an update is extremely poor customer service. I would simply like someone to acknowledge my emails, provide an update on my order and explain what is happening.
I hope posting this review will finally result in someone getting in touch with me and resolving this matter.
