We have used IDville for the last 8…
We have used IDville for the last 8 years and have had nothing but good customer service, tech service. Anything from the silliest questions to looking for new equipment. Their prices are higher then Amazon but the quality and customer service are worth it.

Fast and easy with great communication!
Easy to order. Communication with company was great! Fast response to emails and questions. Only took a couple of days to receive our order. Overall experience with placing this order was fantastic. I would highly recommend using IDville!

Buyer be aware the process for…
Buyer be aware the process for purchasing the software to operate the system is horrible. Customer support is horrible. Payments aren’t took over the phone to purchase and when you purchase online it’s not a actual purchase until someone from there office gives you a call. THEN YOUR GIVEN A OPTION TO WIRE A PAYMENT TF. An extreme hassle just buy another company with a better process.
