Shipping charges are ridiculous
Shipping charges are ridiculous. 50 sheets of paper - $15 shipping charge. That's 50% of the total order for shipping. It feels underhanded to make money on shipping. I would rather they charge more for the product and then charge what shipping actually costs. At least it wouldn't feel dishonest.

I was happy with the repair to the machine and how quickly it was done. However... I had called and expected a response back about specific issues I was having with the printer, but got no response. I'm disappointed in that.

Excellent rapid response/shipment of supplies for printers. Videos are a bit hard to follow at times and only cover newer models. Struggle to find documentation on older Primacy printer. Support has been fairly easy to contact and point us in right direction.

Painless ordering
Painless ordering, and super fast delivery! I am waiting for the printer to be installed. However, the updated printer model that I purchased is replacing an old IDville printer so I have high expectations for the new printer.
