We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction about our services. In as much as we hope to provide the best services in a timely manner to all our customers, our core principle remains unchanged. Our terms and conditions state emphatically that payment need to be settled in full before dispatch of your packages. As at the time of replying, you have not settled your bill. You may resort to give a bad rating but will advice you to please honour your commitment to the company rather. And note also that, the longer your items stay in our storage facility, the more your bill increases. We will then advice ourselves as a company if this bill is not settled in 6 weeks upon pickup. Thank you.
NB: Your items were picked up on 02/06/2023. Our commitment states, 4 - 6 weeks for the shipping process.
