Took money and did not have the stock to ship, took 6 weeks to get money back!
Ordered on Dec 4, the website says, it ships within 2-5 business days..Was told 3 times it is at UPS sorting, it wasn't. Christmas comes and goes, no product. On Dec 28, I told them to cancel and return my money. After being ignored multiple times, it took 18 days, many threats of following through with a dispute with Paypal to finally get my money back on the 16th of Dec. No company should sell anything online if they you don't have a product to fulfill a order. DO NOT BUY From Infraredi!
excuses are inconsistent, slow to respond, shipping timelines incorrect on website, don't think they are telling the truth
Ordered Dec 2, 2024. As there is a canada post strike, I was pretty patient. They emailed saying that they were taking a longer time because of the canada post strike.
THIS IS TAKEN FROM THE EMAIL I RECEIVED: "For this reason, we quickly transitioned from FedEx and started using UPS as an alternative. We have been advised your order has been booked with UPS and they will be generating your tracking link and delivering your order as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received your tracking link we will send you a tracking notification so you can track it's progress."
On Dec 14, 2024, I asked for an update. They said they aimed for the next week to get it out. I waited again patiently. As of now, (Dec 27) Canada Post is no longer on strike. It's been 13 days since Dec 14, 2024, when they said they aimed for next week. I followed up with them on Dec 25, they responded that their logistics team isn't even in the warehouse until dec 28. So how are you going to get your product within 2 - 5 days? I am highly doubtful that the issue is actually a shipping issue given that Canada post has been back, and the order should have been picked up if it was actually packed, so was it really canada post? I work in CPG and so far, canada post, fedex and everyone else is back to normal pick up so at the very least, I should have a tracking number. Their website still says that 2 - 5 days for shipping but clearly that is not correct. I advised them, to which they said they would look into, but still haven't. I still haven't gotten a response when asking for extended 60 day risk free trial since i am now travelling for Jan and Feb. So buyer beware - you may never get your product.
REVIEW UPDATED Dec 30, 2024. I received a response where they ignored request for order cancellation, extended warranty, extended risk free trial period. Also, they now tell me that the reason that they have not shipped my product is due to my base stand being sold out, not because of canada post being on strike. If the base stand was sold out, they should have known this when they originally emailed on Dec 14, 2024, instead of telling me it would be shipped out the following week. And why does the email say that they have booked my order with UPS when you haven't even packed my order since the base stand wasn't even in stock?
Additionally, more discrepancies because on Dec 26, they said their team was back on dec 28, but now they say that their fulfilment team is back on Jan 2, 2025 and I would have an update on Jan 2, 2024.
UPDATED AGAIN: On Jan 2, 2025, they advised that they could ship without the base stand and asked if I would accept the order. I said I would with expedited shipping and confirmation of an extension of warranty to receipt date and 90 day trial period. Followed up and haven't heard anything.
I'm not certain that I will ever get my product or a refund given their non responsiveness.
updated 2025.01.09: received my product after a lot of them not answering my question. BUT TO ANYBODY THAT WANTS THIS PRODUCT within the time frame that they say - they are out of stock of the base stand so if you want this product within 2 - 5 days per their website, be aware that i do not believe that they will be able to deliver since it has been 35 days since i ordered and they were not able to deliver the base stand. (and it took a lot of follow up to even get them to deliver things that they said they had in stock). who knows when i will get my base stand.
on december 30, 2024, joyce said they were isexpecting the base stand in the next few days. then on jan 2, 2025, she said it is only available in the next two weeks. I would put a lot of money on the fact that I do not get this base stand by January 15, 2025

RETURN. order 1479 UK. I have written so many times- all emails ignored after a certain point...got an email about a prepaid label...waited and waited (emailed many times asking why it was not coming) it never came - then they tell me they're not sending it! Playing total games so as not to have to refund me. Now it's been over a week since I sent it w/ 24 hour delivery and no contact, no refund. Horrible company! Will do a chargeback and contact Trading Standards if I don't hear back asap.

Poor Customer Experience and Shipping Issues
I recently had a frustrating experience with Infraredi regarding my order for an infrared item.The item was held by customs for over nine weeks due to an incorrect invoice provided by Infraredi. Despite paying the required customs fees, the item was not released, causing significant delays and additional hassle.After this lengthy process, I requested a refund for both the product fee and the customs fee. I appreciate that Infraredi processed the refund quickly. However, shortly after, the product was finally released by customs and arrived at my home.When I reached out to Infraredi to confirm whether I needed to return the item, I was initially told no. Yet, just two days later, customer service informed me that I could either pay for the product or return it. I explained that I had already received a refund and that the only outstanding cost was the customs fee. I expressed my intention to return the product.To my surprise, I was then told that I would have to pay the return shipping fee. This seems unreasonable, considering that Infraredi confirmed there would be no additional customs fees prior to my purchase and that their incorrect invoice led to the customs delays. I incurred a lot of effort corresponding with customs and Infraredi throughout this ordeal.Overall, I find it disappointing that I have to bear the return shipping cost if I want to return the item, even though Infraredi's error caused the issue. I hope they improve their processes and customer communication in the future.
Defective item
I bought the large wrap. Opened the box. No instruction manual nor information. I emailed them. They'd forgotten to include it. I charged the wrap. It worked properly (I assume 'properly' because there was NO MANUAL!!)...until it didn't. The wrap kept automatically switching off after less than a minute. I'd switch it on - it would switch itself off. Before buying I was told by customer service the battery life is "2hrs." This lasted less than 30 mins. 1 week on and customer service have stopped emailing me because I want to send the DEFECTIVE item back with a full refund. I cannot recommend this product or company.

Poor customer service initially but all rectified
I've had my flex max for 7 months now and the on/off switch has malfunctioned. It flashes on and off constantly, although the device does seem to work it did cut out at one point. I'm now afraid to use it. I contacted the company and they requested a video which I sent. Three emails later and I've still received no reponse from them. There's apparently a 3 year replacement warranty! I'm now stuck with a device I daren't use! I would not recommend this company at all.
Infraredi evetually got in contact and I must say the issue was sorted very quickly and efficiently. I now have a fully working new device and the old one has been returned. Customer service was very good once we managed to make contact. I'm very pleased with the outcome and the device.

Excellent Customer Service
I have had the joint wrap for a few months but it developed an issue where half of the LEDs stopped working. Emme could not have been more helpful, I git a swift and helpful reply advising me a replacement would be sorted. The units were out of stock, so looks like Infraredi arranged for mine to be sent straight from the manufacturer, so I got it sooner than was promised. Very please with the support I received from Emme.

REFUND received but sadly neither any apology or explanation given for undue delay.
