UPDATE 9 Apr 24: I’m changing my 2 stars to 5 stars following a response from Infraredi overnight.
They contacted my husband explaining they had some short term staffing probs, hence delay in getting back to us. They have taken onboard our feedback and are supplying us with a stand FOC and have completely restored my faith in the company. We all know problems can happen, it’s how a business deals with it and Following the correspondence and care received today I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Ordered the pro elite (4x max pro lights)with door hanger which arrived quickly. Everything looks professional but soon realised the assembly instructions were a little vague. There are cables incl that are not mentioned in the manual. But a real problem….what was incl to hang the panels on the door is different to what is in book. This adds extra length and panels will not fit on the back of a uk standard sized door. Ok so we try and contact them … no telephone number ( don’t you just hate that) so we email… no response so far. Try and use live chat….. no response to that either…..
Their customer service is shocking. Right now I’m not sure what to do to resolve. I’ll have to go legal…. Don’t want to do that, but right now I feel I have no choice, When they ignore you.

This company is stand up extremely reliable and professional. Unfortunately the infraredi wrap did not work as indicated but I received immediate support and a replacement asap and ultimately a full refund to ship devices back to the company. I will definitely re-purchase with this company. Diane

I have been impressed with the Infraredi's customer service since I bought my first purchase from them. I ordered their Flex mini panel and I loved it but unfortunately had to return it because it was a bit too big to take with me travelling. Within a month I sent it back and the whole refund went very smoothly. They responded to my emails and my concerns quickly and professionally and got my refund within a few days. I have since bought the Micro instead and take it with me wherever I go. Very much recommend this company!

I completed my order easily but after a few hours I found out another family member had purchased the same item. I immediately contacted Infraredi to have my order cancelled. Within an hour I received a response that this was done and a complete refund would be made.

I bought the Infraredi Pro Max just over 2 weeks ago to help with low energy. Wow I feel like a different person. It came incredibly quick and I thought I had an issue with my stand missing but Joyce in customer service was ready to send a new one but mine showed up.
Do your due diligence on this company
Beware. This a drop shipping company. They use virtual addresses and the owner is an influencer who has nothing to do with the health industry. A google check will verify that. They have no warehouse and products are shipped from China. This is why there are shipping and returns issues. This is important to know and should be noted in their website. Please order through a well known retailer and not through these dodgy affiliate drop shipping sites.

I've definitely noticed my muscles recovery faster after a workout, and my knee pain has greatly reduced since using red light each day. My experience with Infraredi has been good.
I had a couple issues that were resolved in a very timely fashion.
1. Order was lost by shipping company.
New order sent out.
2.one of the two panels i ordered had malfunctioned, half or panel shorted out. Obvious defect.
Once i sent pictures documenting issues, the service department sent me a new one.
Currently awaiting its arrival.
I am happy. As always honesty and integrity keep situations on a positive vibe.
Effective Pain Relief and Outstanding Customer Service with Infraredi
I purchased my first Infraredi Flex Mini in September 2022 to address chronic joint pain. Its effectiveness led me to seek a more targeted solution, and I was thrilled when the body wrap was launched. I bought the body wrap in 2023, primarily using it a few times a week to alleviate back pain caused by prolonged sitting at my job. Initially, the results were impressive.
However, after about six months, I noticed the lights on the device flickering. I reached out to Infraredi regarding a warranty claim, and their response was swift and efficient. After submitting a video demonstrating the issue, they confirmed the malfunction and promptly sent a replacement.
In addition to the Flex light, and the body wrap, I also have the joint wrap and own three Infraredi devices in total, which have been incredible in managing the physical demands of parenting several active children in Canada. These devices have significantly alleviated the wear and tear on my body, enhancing my overall well-being. Excited to see more from Infraredi in the future!
Great Product and Company!
I saw some negative reviews about shipping but I did not experience any issues with the shipping. It arrived fast and is very well packaged. The product is easy to set up and the instruction manual is very informative and easy to read. I noticed the benefits right away. I used it after playing hockey on day 1 and it felt like I hadn't even played after using the Infraredi. I recommend Infraredi to anyone living an active lifestyle that wants to reduce their pain and recovery time!

Still waiting for delivery, 17th dec !! feeling queasy about this company because this is a big order !! Assured delivery from the UK, I live in Scotland. Delays in communication, now I've been given a Parcelforce tracking number that I fear doesn't exist, Parcelforce doesn't recognise the number and for 2 days there's been no movement, I don't know if my order exists !! not impressed !
Nearly 3 weeks and product not even posted yet
I ordered the product nearly three weeks ago and I'm yet to be told its even been posted. For some reason they've decided to generate orders well above what they can fulfill. I have a specific injury that I want to treat and if I'd known they wouldn't have even been posting the product for nearly three weeks I'd have gone elsewhere. I'd avoid the company if I were you.
These people are trustworthy.
I purchased 2 units at Infraredi.ca, 2 Flex Max panels in May 2023. At first I was under the impression that their Customer Service was ok. Despite the fact that their address in Montreal (QC, Canada) seemed kind of doubtful to me. From the very beginning everything was coming directly from China.
Anyhow I started having problems with one unit (or two? I couldn't tell yet) after only a few months. The breakers started blowing when the units were in use. I use these panels on a 20Amp commercial outlet (I tried a 15Amp outlet too), in a commercial space - and not more than 20 to 30 min. per day, 3 to 5 x/week.
A few weeks ago one panel just stopped working, total shutdown.
I had already double checked for any specifics on the power needed, of course. On the back side of the panels too, since I have received them, as well as in the information Infraredi provides everywhere, before and after purchasing them. Nothing special is specified anywhere: these Flex Max panels seem to have been manufactured to work on our systems, 110-120V here in America, and whatever the outlet.
Actually, by the way, it must not take that much electric current, my bill almost didn't show any difference...
So I assumed that these units were made to work on our regular outlets, on our 110-120V power.
So when one unit totally blew out, I didn't know what to think. And I was very mad - out of the question that I returned this to China.
I immediately wrote to their Customer Service and the answer I got was appalling: that these panels need a 30Amp outlet? !!! Really?... well apparently???
So after spending around 2,500$CAN in total for 2 panels, which is a lot of money, I got mad about that specific and new information. That should have been displayed, obviously.
I was then doubting this company.
But I shouldn't have. After writing here on Trustpilot my previous (bad) comment, I wrote back to their Customer Service for complaining about all this. I very quickly received a comforting answer from other staff at Infraredi.
The lady (?) who had mentioned the use of a 30Amp outlet was wrong. They apologized for the mistake. I was then told that "these units do have a transformer inside that is suitable for the CA/US PowerPoints and does support 110-120V".
And they stood by their product and their warranty. They told me that a new Flex Max panel would be sent out to me directly from their Montreal warehouse (a real address then, as opposed to what I was led to believe at first). Two or three days later I received the replacement unit. They also assured me that the warranty being of 3 years, should I have any other issue I would only have to get back to them, they will fix it.
So there it is. I tried the new one today, cross fingers ... I hope both units will last for a long time.
I wish to thank the Infraredi team. This experience at first seemed to turn into a great deception, to say the least. But as of now Infraredi seem to be trustworthy.
So I changed my 2-star review for a 4-star... Which is very good.

I am really delighted with my Infraredi Mini Pro. I began by researching the theory behind red and near infrared light. There's a lot of information out there and many products from which to choose. All my initial queries were answered promptly and customer service has been excellent throughout. After using it every night for two weeks, my poor sleep has improved in length and quality, not a ton but definitely noticeable. A happy bi-product is my skin. I'm 65 and my face feels smoother to touch, small wrinkles have diminished and my skin seems tighter. I've also noticed improvements to my gums which are no longer sensitive when brushing my teeth. At the same time, I found I was able to wear my contact lens more comfortably and for longer than before. I'm also using it for pain management and it seems to work. I now understand the value of larger red light panels though, which cover more area in a shorter period of time. I'm happy with my purchase until I can save up enough to go bigger. Overall I'm enjoying Infraredi and looking forward to more improvements.

The company ships from random countries and if you want to return it you have to send it to another random country which costs $200-250. Never noticed any effects from using it.
Got an email a month ago from the Joyce everyone is talking about saying to hold off on return because she might have a better solution but never heard back from her.
Using the machines for almost a year now...
I’ve used Infraredi red light therapy machines for almost a year now. First I’ll review the service at 1 stars. I bought my first Infraredi mid size machine on sale in mid 2022 with the plans to build up to a full panel. I bought my second machine two months later. The second machine came in a completely different color. I emailed the company to exchange the second one for a black one (original color). The response was "we told you all that was a limited edition color". A pretty dismissive response of it ask me. Well who is "you all" and when did you tell us? So they would not exchange it and I was left with mismatched machines. Also, they do not have a chat feature or a customer service phone number so all interactions are done through email on their time table of whenever they respond.
Also the second machine took over a month to arrive. With no notice or warning or updates voluntarily from the company. I had to reach to ask where is the machine a month after I ordered it. To which they responded that "oh, we're back ordered we'll get it out to you when we can." When I asked when that would be, they said they didn't know. No real apology, no discount or compensation for the inconvenience and they didn't think they needed to give a date or reach out to let us know about the delay in their own.
Machine - I would have given this 4 stars since I've had very few issues. At first the Machine would not stay on but the person on the emails said I needed to set it first and then it worked fine.
Now I give it either 2 or 1 star. somehow, even when I set it, the first machine will not stay on. Almost a year into owning the first one it just flickers and won't even come on. Which is incredibly disappointing. These machines cost over $600 each to not work less than a year out is really frustrating. Stay away from this company. It's not worth your time or money. There are other slightly more expensive options where you won't be replacing a machine in a year.
