Great website and company, ordered during a really busy period and the photos came way faster than expected!!

Inkifi made it very easy to create a beautiful gift for my fiancé in a short amount of time. the quality is great and he is so pleased with the gift! will definitely order for future gifts!

Shipping was very late. Customer service was not helpful. I won‘T shop here again.

Received one of Inkifi’s Linen photo books for Christmas and couldn’t be more pleased with it. Such a high quality book that brought my photos to life. Such a nice and thoughtful gift. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a photo book during the Black Friday sales (end of Nov/early Dec) and was told it would take 3-5 days to ship. It was meant to be a Christmas gift for my parents so I had plenty of time. However as of the 26th Dec it has not even been shipped yet. I contacted Inkifi back in the middle of December for an update and was told a machine was broken but it would be shipped in the next couple of days and would arrive "with plenty of time for Christmas". I kept following up after that initial correspondence and have heard nothing since. Christmas has been and gone now and I have not been able to give this gift. I spent over £100 on this item and spent countless hours designing it. I am very very disappointed!

UPDATE: It's now the end of January and despite sending multiple emails I have yet to receive any response. The company is completely ghosting me. Their customer service is SHOCKINGLY POOR! Please do think twice before using this company!

I wish I had seen the other one star reviews before ordering. I ordered a frame in August but it never arrived despite showing as 'shipped'. Turns out I had purchased a 'credit' instead, though I would argue this was extremely unclear on the website. Now my credit doesn't work in the website and so I have received precisely nothing for my £100 spent. The customer service has been increasingly unhelpful and I am still waiting to receive either a refund or the frame I ordered. Do not buy from here.

Had an issue when ordering. Emailed right away thinking they would be accommodating and help me but the reply was so rude and dismissive. Second time to purchase from this “family run” business and won’t ever buy again. Then when I opened the picture it wasn’t even centered correctly

Inkifi will charge your card and then not ship the item. They don't respond to emailed questions and the chatbot on the website won't connect you to a human. Don't bother setting up an account on their website - I've been constantly locked out, it won't send me an email to reset my password, and it tells me my password is wrong (unlikely since I created and saved it using a password manager).

I ordered a photo book back in November (specified turnaround of 3-5 days) and despite numerous assurances that it will be delivered before Xmas, it has still not even been dispatched. Customer service are now completely ignoring any contact.

Really loved the quality of the wedding album I ordered. It is absolutely beautiful!

I also ordered holiday cards - and one thing I really love is that there was no "branding" on the card itself! It feels more like something custom printed than from many of the "big" brands you order cards from.

I will never use them again. They just didn't print the photos to fit the frame. On half of all pictures the face of the person is cut off or not on at all. Absolutely awful. Rushed computerjob with nobody checking if the photos are good enough to be sent out. Not good enough. Save your money!

By far the easiest and most intuitive online platform that I have used so far.
The photobook is of high quality and very pleased with the result.

We ordered a set of photo magnets. They arrived quickly and are GREAT. They are high quality and are better than I expected. I then ordered two more sets, which were equally great.

I decided to order myself the moments frame while it was on Black Friday sale and the price was right. The website was easy to use/design the product. It arrived quickly and safely. It was beautiful. Easy to hang

I don't know how I found Inkifi, but I am really glad that I did. I was stuck finding interesting stocking stuffers for my adult daughters. These were perfect. The site was easy for me to use, which is really important for someone my age. I worried about how they would look, but when they arrived, they were fantastic. The quality is perfect and the magnets are strong. I can't wait to make more magnets of my grandkids for my kitchen.

I have used this service for 2 separate orders now, 2 framed pictures, a collage and a wedding album. All 4 items arrived quickly and exceeded expectations. The wedding album in particular is gorgeous, and such good value for money considering what I was originally quoted by another company. The website is straightforward to use as well. Will definitely use this again
