I love these mini prints -- they are awesome pocket sized memories -- the framed photo I ordered came out beautifully as well!!

I'm super happy with my photos, I ordered the Lustre finish.
The website experience is awesome, I could choose my photo straight from library with generous discount. One thing to keep in mind is to check if your photo is portrait or landscape, so you would not waste your effort (as this is self-service, the system does remind you anyways).
The delivery came not as quick as I expected (I ordered during holiday period so understandable), and it was carrier fault I guess but Inkifi responded to me after a day and solved that.
Photos look amazing so worth the wait.

This is my second time using Inkifi to print a large-format piece of digital art I've produced, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Their custom tool is really easy to use, the colours of the image really pop, and it arrived just two days after I placed the order. I'll definitely be using them again.

The upload process is beyond easy. I received 4 of the magnet pictures as a Christmas gift and loved them so much that within a few days, I was on your website ordering more.

I placed a significant order on 10th December for a 370+ pages hardcover book, for a total of £190+. The order should have arrived by Christmas as per their advertised timeline.
I emailed them a few days after placing my order, to ask if it could be produced earlier as it was a gift for someone who would be away for Christmas. I first got a speedy reply from Tom from their customer service, who said he will do their best. I knew it was tight, and they had many orders with the festive season.
When it did not arrive by the requested date, I emailed again, to get an update. The last response I got from Tom was on 22nd December, saying that it will be shipped the next day and I will receive a tracking number.
Since then, and despite many attempts to contact them (email, phone, Instagram, Facebook...), I have not received my order, the order status hasn't changed (still showing "Fulfilment in Progress") and it's completely radio silence from their part.
The live chat doesn't work (cannot register a case or chat to someone), their phone line plays the same message saying that they cannot take your call, they do not reply to my emails... I'm not to sure what to do anymore, and the person I wanted to gift this important present to has now returned from holiday and still doesn't have a Christmas gift.
This is extremely frustrating, and I hope I can receive both an update and a resolution soon.
*** edit 08Jan2026: The order was received, and I have to say that I am very happy with it. I have no negative comments, the brief has been followed and it is good quality, which is why I have changed my rating from 1-star to 2. However, this still doesn't make up for the long delays and the very poor communication I had to deal with, and which caused me much stress and frustration. The only compensation I have received is a £5 off voucher that was sent with the book. I would have expected better, and will await further communication via email... hopefully ***

Superb quality of work from printing to framing - a fantastic way to get those really important photos displayed in your home or to give as a present. The wrapping of the frame for delivery was exceptionally good meaning it arrived in tip top condition. Customer service is exemplary. I will only use Inkifi these days.

We had some large 16x12 photos printed, Inkifi was competitively priced and the website UI was quick and intuitive to upload photos. The delivery times over new year was especially impressive, it only took 2 days from ordering to delivery.

We are thrilled with the quality of the prints and they look fantastic on the wall.

Website Feedback: We wanted the photos in black and white so I had to use other tools to convert but it would have been nice to have the option on the website

I placed an Express Photo Book order on 28 December. On 30 December, Inkifi support confirmed it would ship no later than the next day and that tracking would be sent once dispatched.

Since then, I have received no tracking and nothing has arrived.

I followed up by email on 2 January, 4 January, and 5 January — no response. I also raised a ticket through their system — no response. Live chat doesn’t let you speak to anyone; it only pushes you to “escalate via ticket”. Calling goes to voicemail.

This was a very personal item I needed urgently. I trusted the company, but the lack of delivery and complete lack of communication has already caused damage. Extremely disappointed.

Update 07/01/2026

I have finally received a response and the product. The quality of the photo book is good, so I have increased my score from 1 to 3.

However, the communication and lack of updates during the delay were still disappointing.

So happy with my frame, it captures our wedding photos perfectly! It is amazing quality and arrived so quick, would definitely use them again :)

Frame arrived damaged still awaiting a reply 2 weeks later. I don’t think a customer service exists for this company reading through some of the reviews on here.

Update 23/1/26* they replied on here to my review saying it’s resolved and a replacement has been sent but haven’t actually sent a replacement at all … surprise!

Absolutely loved the picture!

The quality is really good and the packaging really protected the picture.

I ordered a phonebook for my wedding photos and when I received it the majority of the photos are of such bad quality and blurry. They were taken by a professional photographer so it is not a problem with the original photo source.
I contacted Inkifi on the 3rd December, sent pictures as proof. 10th December they agreed to send a replacement. 30th December I have still not received this replacement and I want a refund.

Ordered a large 52-picture Moments frame and really impressed by the print quality of the images and also really appreciated how quickly the order was turned around- I ordered after the Christmas cutoff, but it still arrived in time - thank you!

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the photobooks I received. After multiple issues and a lot of back and forth, I’ve given up and will not be using this company again.

When I first placed the order, I didn’t receive any confirmation email or an estimated delivery time. I contacted the company twice to check the status and was eventually told that a machine had broken and the order would be delayed. At that point they refunded 20%, which I appreciated and felt was very fair, and I was initially happy with the service and how the issue was handled.

When the photobooks arrived, one out of the three books had pages bound in the wrong order. I contacted them to request a replacement for the faulty book. They then sent out another three copies, but the quality was even worse than the first batch. The binding on the books was very poor. The outer covers were bound incorrectly so they sit unevenly on the books, and on one of them the cover hasn’t even been fully stuck down, leaving it loose and floppy.

It’s frustrating because the paper quality and printing are actually very good. However, the lack of proper quality checks on the binding completely lets the product down. After receiving a second batch with worse issues than the first, I’ve lost confidence in the company and won’t be ordering again.

Quick easy and efficient. I was nervous of uploading my pictures and them looking rubbish. This was super easy and they look amazing.
This was a Christmas present for my husband, and he was delighted with them.
So happy have just ordered another set on Boxing Day.

The site was easy to navigate. I selected the size of the photo that I required along with any options. I received my print within a few days, really prompt. The quality was great and the price was very reasonable.

I will certainly use the service again and have recommended it to others already.
