Great way to create special memories

This is my third order from inkifi and each experience has been great.
The products are unique and creating the project is both easy and fun. I’ve given some as gifts and others are on my walls full of memories.
The retro pics that resemble old Polaroids have been very popular.

Lovely frame - absolutely thrilled

We ordered a collage photo frame from this company as we wanted photos from our son's wedding all in one frame. We had been recommended the company by a friend and we are absolutely thrilled with the frame.

Great service

I have used Inkifi about 6 times so far and love the size and quality. Our mum has dementia and we print off small pictures for her memory book, they are fabulous for this.

I love my new memories frame so much

I love my new memories frame so much! I’m so happy I found this company, I will be purchasing more from them in the future. It allowed me to put so many special photos up on the wall all at once in one very beautiful piece! Thanks inkifi.

Break down in communication.

I had a brilliant experience with Inkifi the first time printing with them. The quality was great and quick delivery. I placed a second order which was delivered quickly and still good image quality but all the A4 prints were offset to the left which is not what I paid for. Inkifi sent out a second set straight away which is great, but the images were still offset to the left. Although they were less offset this time, they are still not as I ordered and paid for. Inkifi were part way through discussing how to rectify this when all communication from them stopped. My emails are now bouncing back from both of inkifi’s email addresses. I am hoping this is a short term issue and will be set right with me either getting the prints I paid for or a refund for the prints that have not been printed correctly.

Edited: Inkifi have ceased all communication. I have products that are faulty and no refund or setting right from the company despite the guarantee they state on their website or trading rules. I am really disappointed and have spent a lot of money with them for these.

Order with caution!

I ordered a photo frame from Inkifi. It was hung correctly and failed within two weeks when the wood splintered, making it unsafe and unusable.

I contacted the company multiple times over more than a week, far exceeding their stated response time, and provided photos. I received no meaningful response at all.

The frame was clearly not fit for purpose. I asked for a simple replacement or refund and was ignored, leaving me no choice but to initiate a credit card chargeback.

Poor quality product, worse customer service. Buy with caution.

Just to note as well, for an order to be delivered next-day in the UK, it would need to be placed by Midday with DPD courier selected as the shipping method, as stated on the product page.

so disappointing

placed my photobook order on 17th november, first it was dispatched, but never arrived at royal mail, then the printer was broken, with the promise of the book still arriving before christmas. that was the 16th december and i’ve not heard from anyone since. i’ve tried emails, instagram, phone calls and through the website. in the mean time i received someone else’s photo album with our cover on. i have always enjoyed using inkifi, but i won’t be using them again.

i did as the reply asked and still nothing!

There Was a Production Error and Inkifi Ghosted Me

I am not happy with the photo magnets I received on Fri, Dec 19, 2025. I ordered 4 sets of 4 photo magnets for a total of 16 photo magnets. All of the printed photos look darker than the original I uploaded. The colors are not as vibrant. Moreover, four of the photo magnets have white strips at the edges and one of the photo magnets doesn’t quite match the photo I uploaded. The exact design that I created on the site was not printed. There is clearly a production error. I emailed customer service directly from my email on Dec 22 and Dec 29, 2025 and on Jan 5, 2026. I also emailed them via the website on Jan 5 and Jan 8, 2026. In the past, as soon as I emailed customer service via the website, I received an email confirming my support query was submitted and "they aim to get back to [me] within 24-72 working hours." I have not received a single reply at all, not even one confirming my support queries were submitted in Jan. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Inkifi's customer service. I cannot even call customer service as it is an international phone number. I absolutely intend on filing a chargeback.

I absolutely love this company!

I absolutely love the mini square photos and photo strips that I ordered!! They were a great price and arrived so quickly. I used the photo strips as gift tags and my family loves them!!
I’m already planning more gifts I can make and will definitely use this company in the future!!

Lovely memories - great value for money

Do you have so many photos stored in your mobile that never see the light of day. Inkifi offers many options for printing at a reasonable price. I ordered the mini prints; they are great quality and look super in an album or in a frame.
It’s nice to have the memories on display.
