Had a wonderful experience making a photo book for my parents with my wedding photos. The online design process was easy, and the book turned out beautifully. I ordered the linen-backed book and was really pleased with the quality. The fact that the book lays flat is a plus, as no photos get obscured by a seam down the middle. Would highly recommend for a keepsake gift. Fast shipping too!

I received my photo album in August 2025 and was initially very pleased with the quality. However, I contacted Inkifi shortly afterwards because there was a large scratch down the centre of the first page. As this is a £200 wedding album meant to be cherished by my husband and me for years to come, I requested that it be repaired or replaced.

Communication was good initially, but despite this the album has still not been repaired or replaced (March 2026!). I have now emailed around 10 times and have received no response whatsoever.

The complete lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have previously purchased several memory frames from Inkifi, but based on this experience I would not use their services again.

I would still like this issue to be resolved and hope that someone from Inkifi will respond and put this right.

EDIT: I did as advised by Jane within hours of receiving the below response and STILL not heard back. Not sure what else to do at this stage...... it feels like this is the only form of guaranteed communication which is madness really.

The photos were delivered very quickly and was very impressed with the quality considering some of the digital prints I sent had a really low resolution. Great service and I would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service and beautifully printed A4 photos. I ordered a combination of black-and-white and colour prints, and they came out so well. It was also refreshing to have customer service that genuinely helped when I didn’t upload the photos correctly. Highly recommend this company — I’ll definitely be printing with them again.

I had a great experience with Inkifi! I had made a small mistake on a large order which meant I needed to reorder a couple of photos, when I looked on the website I was going to be charged the full amount for only 2 photos. I got in touch with their customer service team who helped me proceed with the order without any stress and only paying postage for the photo amendment and another full set of photos. With super quick postage. The prints look great and I would definitely shop here again!

Easy to upload photos, had a problem on website phoned them and the customer service was excellent very helpful and sorted my problem. I’ve used them a couple of times, very quick service will definitely use again.

I needed an unusual size of photo for a gift for my husband. They had the perfect size and the quality was so great. This will for sure be my place for photos prints.

I have ordered from Inkifi twice now. I ordered mini prints and one larger print. Both orders shipped quickly, no issues, and I was very satisfied with the product. The prints are very good quality all around. Paper, color, detail. I love having the larger print framed in my home and the mini prints are perfect for scrapbooking family memories. The prices are fair as well. I highly recommend this company for all printing needs!

I ordered photo strips and mini prints as a Valentine’s Day present. The printing turned out beautifully, faithful to the colors of the original photographs. Just keep in mind that the company is based in Utah, which may add a few extra days for delivery depending on where you live in the country. My order took about five business days to arrive in NYC.

Great product, quick customer service response.

Ordered the tiny photobook. The product itself was nice but the user experience of trying to arrange, edit upload photos it pretty terrible in comparison to its competitors. It was extremely time consuming and clunky.
Although the end product was fine, I’m not sure I’d be back. Life’s too short!

The mini photos turned out great! The paper they are printed on is good quality and thick, and the size of the photos are perfect for scrapbooking or junk journaling. I have a mini printer, but I’d rather use Inkifi for larger batches of photos. Next time I’m trying the square shaped photos. I will most definitely order more prints!

Always a pleasure shopping at Inkifi. Quality is great, speedy delivery and their products are a little different to the norm. Ordered the mini photo book as a keepsake and it’s perfect. It is tiny so don’t expect to see the tiny grid photos too clearly, but it’s a lovely gift to hold memories

I ordered some keep sake photos of my dog Charlie and some favourite memories of places I’ve visited to add to a memory box. The photos are fabulous quality and a perfect size.

I’ll certainly be a returning customer and can not recommend Inkifi enough.

My husband was very pleased with mini photo album, it is such a nice and unusual little gift! I found uploading very easy but struggled to work out how to rearrange photos and change the order.
