I live in USA and my college student is in the UK for the semester. She didn't have any family photos printed out as everything is on the phone these days. Inkifi was amazing. Their customer service instructed me on how to order from a US address and have prints made and delivered to her in London. I sent her a set of 20 tiny prints of our family and pets and she was so surprised and happy! Perfect for a dorm tack board. Wonderful product and customer service, Inkifi!

I ordered 4 magnet pictures of my wife and me for the fridge. They were her Valentines present. They were all great and we both loved them. The ordering process was simple and they were delivered promptly. Great product!

I had tiny prints made for a Holiday mailing. I LOVE them so much. They are just what I wanted. And the quality is good. I'm thrilled with the product and the service.

Bought this little book of photos for my Husband for Valentine's Day. I am so pleased with the result. Great quality paper and the photos were not distorted at all, exactly as i wanted them. The book arrived really quickly also. No concerns at all and would definitely buy from here again.

I am very disappointed with my Order. I ordered a 12 inch frame, which fits on the shelf allocated for my family photographs. This frame is nearer 13" and it does not fit.
The typing INDIA - Feb 2026 is ridiculously large and should not dominate the photograph.
Also, the bottom of the photo is hidden under the frame and therefore missing, which is ridiculous. I shall have to remove the photo from the frame and get it re-framed, which was not the idea.
Before publishing this review I contacted the Infiki customer service but the response received was unsatisfactory.

I've dealt with numerous online printers, and Inkifi truly stands out. I've used Inkifi for fridge magnets, and found its site easy to use, and couldn't be happier with the magnets -- they've been perfectly done, with lush colors and accurate reproduction. When I had a question, a real human being -- rare in this day and age -- responded. I'm looking forward to using Inkifi again.

I got some of our pictures printed as magnets to put on our fridge. We don't have picture frames all over the house, so this was a great way to show our photos. At parties, people look at the photos and ask about them. The magnets are strong and the printing is a great quality.

Disappointed in customer service experience and move from solid wood frame to laminate oak effect finish without stating this change.

Knocked another star off as I submitted this review on the product page on their website but weeks later it hasn’t been published. They only post the five star reviews on their website.

I bought an A3 poster with natural frame two years ago and it was beautiful. The ‘natural’ frame was high quality and solid wood.

I ordered it again for a montage for our second child. As far as I could tell the product was exactly the same. The information provided on the web page has not changed. But the frame that arrived had a wood-effect vaneer finish, instead of solid wood. It looked cheap and naff, but was just as expensive as before.

I complained that the website does not specify the change in material. They offered me a refund but refused to pay the return postage (which cost me £13).

I asked for help reprinting both photo montages as prints only (as I decided I still wanted the two matching pictures and so bought two solid wood frames from another company), but they said they couldn’t, even though both designs were saved on my account. I had to start the whole process again, arranging 50+ pictures for each poster.

They also didn’t acknowledge any problems or apologise (I had other issues with delays to my order being processed).

I loved buying from this company before and the print quality has always been beautiful, but I’m now really disappointed and reluctant to use them again based on the change to an inferior frame quality, the lack of transparency about the change and how they responded to the issues.

I wanted to create a photobook for
my Mum’s funeral and had limited time to allow for delivery. I initially used another company and went through the whole process, only to find at checkout that the delivery time was too long, even with the express option. My daughter found Inkifi and used the live chat to confirm that their delivery times were correct. I created the book using their intuitive and easy to use platform and submitted the order before 12 noon. I was absolutely amazed that the book was delivered by 2pm the following afternoon. I did pay extra for next day delivery but it was well worth it. I couldn’t believe that Inkifi could fulfill their promise of next day delivery when all other companies had stated 5-8 working days. The quality of the book, the images, the paper and the printing was brilliant. I was over the moon. They made a stressful time in my life a lot easier to cope with. I would recommend Inkifi to anyone.

I needed to reorder a few prints to use as placecards. It was easy to do since my previous downloaded pictures were already saved to my account. Shipping time is reasonable and the end result is exactly what I was looking for! I will use Inkifi again.

Absolutely love the little photo book that I recently bought for my boyfriend’s birthday. The website was really easy to use and the quality of the book is great, pictures clear and well positioned. It also came really quickly. Just love it and highly recommend ❤️

Customer service is shockingly bad. I ordered two slightly different photo books for my wedding. They arrived but the cover titles were the wrong way round to how I ordered them. Customer services were great to begin with saying they'd send out new books but haven't received anything and they are now not responding to my email. Very poor customer service. So much for their 60 day no quibble return policy as advertised on their website. Get this sorted, Inkifi.

I’ve used Inkifi a number of times for different products. They make it easy from start to finish and always deliver a high quality finished product.
This last time, I had a 70-year old photo and wanted a beautiful copy of it printed and framed on canvass. It had to be blown up and I wasn’t sure if it would look good when printed.
They did an excellent job and if anything it looks better printed larger than it did as an old small photo. I’m creating a “kitchen reunion “ wall with old photos of great grandparents, to parents, cousins, siblings, dogs, etc. All those that I’ve loved through my life.
Inkifi is the perfect “team-member” for the project.

I ordered a photo album for my Mums 70th birthday- this was supposed to be her main present. When I uploaded the picture via their app, there was no warning about image quality issues but when the book arrived a number of photos were blurry.
I reached out to Inkifi and someone called Tom responded. I would characterise his customer service approach as minimal and, quite frankly, uncaring.
No offer of a refund or to rectify the issue, just a sentence to say that basically it’s an issue with the photo quality. This cost me nearly £80 and I am unable to give this as a present.
I’ve now asked to escalate this to a manager and will update my review accordingly, based on how they deal with my complaint.
Currently, I would never use this company again and would highly recommend others to look at their competitors. The issue with the photo album is one thing, the lack of care from Tom is another.

I was very happy with my photos. The quality is excellent. I can’t to put in another order! As a grandmother I want pics that are not on my phone that I can display in my home. Easy to do too !

I have seen this service advertised on social media several times and finally decided to try it. I was surprised by the quick turnaround in my order and the quality of the photos are great. I love that they are small—it will make the photo gift I am making for my granddaughter just perfect.
