This is the first time we have used them and the last
This is the first time we have used this company and will be the last as they messed up delivery 3 times, and the last time when we got the materials the Courier left the materials on pavement in London instead of going to loading bay, has cost us a lot of time and money for a simple order.

Not all my delivery turned up on set…
Not all my delivery turned up on set delivery date. Waited just under another week for rest of my delivery. Not good when unable to complete scheduled work at time allotted!! Loss of time & income!!

Easy ordering of natural wool insulation

Hi Steve,
Apologies for not feeling you had a good experience. We did have stock of the item you bought, it was just not the full quantity as some had also been sold by our Trade Counter at a similar time. To get the order to you we had this dispatched from the supplier and I apologise if this did not arrive as quickly as you expected. The courier networks are not as efficient as they could be at the moment.
You may need to put further clarification on your last statement as I'm not sure what you mean by this. The replacement was the same value as the original item.

This was the 2nd time I ordered from Insulation Merchant. Again my order arrived in good time and was well packaged.
On the 1st occasion l phoned to get an order update, and they informed me of an alternative product just in which was a little cheaper than what l had ordered.
I was very pleased.
This is quality customer service and a great selection of products on a well designed website.
I'll be returning to them.
