Great service and very fast delivery. Ordered several pallets of insulation to be delivered within two days. The folks and specifically Steven O'Neil at IM helped with quantity calculations and ensured the order was fulfilled quickly and at a great price

Worth every penny!
It was nice to speak to a human straight away on the phone. Steven was very helpful and informative. Delivery was quick, just 2 days.
The insulation itself was easy to work with and non toxic, so no need for a mask or gloves etc. In my opinion worth every penny.

Top notch Service
I tried to order online but living in Northern Ireland the delivery charge default was working out more than the product. A quick call and an acceptance by the Sales Team that actual cost for shipping said item was less allowed for a discount and order was then placed. A want to help and gracious approach by the sales representative (David Clark) was first class.

Prompt service
Prompt service, posted quickly. However they are let down by their delivery provider APC because they didn’t read the delivery instructions and tried to deliver to the wrong place then nearly made the mistake the day after as well, but I phoned APC as soon as I received their “we attempted to deliver” text message. Hence I received the product a day late, not Insulation Merchant’s fault, they we’re spot on.
