The prices are good but my drivers are having problems using the cards in the south of the country as the garages are saying they dont accept the cards.

There was a long delay with the cards for an unknown reason
Charly did keep in touch and we did eventually get the cards. However this happened to co incide with a school holiday when we didn't need as much fuel ( sraff off & customers away on holiday too ) However, Charles, kept pursuing the elusive cards , and anyway for all I know it was probably an administrative error on my part

Superb service / pricing!
Superb service by Chloe, Barbara and Lesley! Interfuels have been excellent from day one. Very easy to get in touch with our account manager, super quick responses (email and phone), and simple processes throughout. Weekly pricing is communicated well, and it works out that Interfuels are actually cheaper than our previous supplier too (Allstar). No fees, no hidden charges, just simple weekly pricing which is very competitive. The overall level of service by the team at Interfuels has just been superb! Genuinely glad we changed suppliers. We opened an account and we were asked…
We opened an account and we were asked to put down a bond. We used the card only twice and the limit on the cards was reduced without informing us. We tried using the cards again and the cards were declined at the forecourts. Called to check and we were advised that the limit was £45.00. Tried to use them again by putting in £39.12 and the card was declined. Bad service and we were very disappointed. We asked to close account.
