I got a fuel card for my dad’s white goods company - we just spend £400-£700 a month on fuel easy. Wes managed to find a card that enabled us to get fuel cheaper than pump at the 3 fuel stations we use. Over the moon, it’s just arrived today & can’t wait to keep using it and make some savings. Thanks again Wes for your calm, friendly advice - he wanted what was best for our needs & he wasn’t pushy at all.

Received an excellent service when I contacted Right Fuel Company regarding a query i had.
I spoke to Charlotte who was very polite and helpful and certainly went out of her way to ensure my query was dealt immediately, nothing was too much to ask. Charlotte kept to her word and said she would contact me to discuss things further, which she also did.

Way more expensive than regular petrol stations. Added extra services I never agreed to, and kept charging me even after I closed my account. Avoid — not worth the hassle.

WARNING TO ALL BUSINESSES – BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH RIGHT FUEL CARD!

Absolutely shocking experience with Right Fuel Card. I discovered I was being charged £65.92 EVERY MONTH in additional fees, which I was not made properly aware of when signing up!

Apparently, these charges were buried in the small print of their Terms & Conditions. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable and a disgraceful way to treat customers.

You sign up expecting a fuel card to help your business manage costs and save money, only to discover you're paying £791.04 A YEAR in extra charges!

£791.04 a year for fees I did not realise I was agreeing to!

Businesses work hard for their money, and customers deserve complete transparency about what they are being charged. Hiding behind small print is NOT good enough!

MY ADVICE: AVOID RIGHT FUEL CARD! Do not make the same mistake I did. Read every single line of their Terms & Conditions and check your statements carefully before trusting them with your business.

I am extremely disappointed and would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Most expensive fuel card company I've ever come across. Terrible customer service and totally useless. Sacked them years ago, but still seem to be sending me marketing emails.
