Rob my allocated Manager does his job very well phones me up regularly to make sure all is well and gives good advice on my fuel needs and will always always give me the best advice available .he talks me through whether I have the best card etc never trying to push me into the best deal the company have he thinks about my finances which to me is excellent.
Rob is a credit to his company

Because of the oil fuel price keep raising and the BP fuel card get the price higher than the market price.

Adam is always available, helpful and friendly, any issues we have he sorts quickly and efficiently, shows great customer service and gives us solutions to issues, he has consistently delivered the service we were promised in the initial call/emails which can be unusual in the fuel market.

This company have snuck in a monthly charge by offering an optional free service that I didn’t ask for - after the trial period that I had no idea about - suddenly it’s £26.95 a month. Absolute sharks behaviour - where is my refund ?

Update - so after Joshua Lachance confirming on the phone the charges would indeed be refunded - an email has come through refusing the refund. This is despicable business practice and a MCOL claim will be on its way in due course.

Dealing with Setareh Ahmadvand at right Fuel Card Company has been an absolute pleasure, with her knowledge the whole set up from start to finish was so easy and the support we received from Setareh was amazing communication…

Connor has been super helpful in guiding me to a solution that works for my business and giving me a personal representation in getting me set up and talking me through how to use the service.

No email stating that non usage fees would be applied if not used, just a charge appearing on the invoice even though a monthly fee for the card was still being taken.

Wes the Sales Manager is really amazing . The way he guides and answered questions speaks a lot. I would really appreciate him . Apart from them, i believe having this card will ease my fuel tension and help manage it in better way

I contacted Right Fuel Card after reviewing the charges on my account, as being a low-volume fuel user some of the monthly costs were becoming difficult to justify.

After discussing my concerns, the unnecessary services were removed and my account was reviewed further. Amy then contacted me personally and managed to substantially reduce my ongoing monthly card fee.

I was particularly impressed that my concerns were listened to and a sensible solution was found which allows me to continue using the fuel card.

I would not recommend this company to any business as they over charge and do not explain this and opt you in services automatically without your consent and when you raise a complaint it gets 'looked at' so i would strongly advise businesses users not to go ahead with this. And then expect customers to leave a good review when they haven't delivered the service you want, just soley speaking nicely doesn't make the company a good fit.

Sanah was amazing helpful talking me through finding my pin number today . Well trained respected my being that sometimes I could remember things . Also sent a email explaining how to get my pin number up . Was nice to talk to someone understanding.
