We brought a group of 87 customers on a trip and rented 2 busses for a week. Both drivers went above and beyond to take of us. We travelled from Germany to Belgium. I can’t say enough about the treatment we received. I would highly recommend this company, especially when entertaining guests.

Overall a pretty good experience
The bus was very clean and the drivers seemed very experienced. The one issue we had was that our driver the second day did not have the correct arrival time and arrived 30-minutes after our contracted time.

Thank you for a great experience with Irro Charter. I am based in DC and the program I planned for was in Madrid. Overall, the buses were on time each day and if they were running late, they tried to make up the time during the journey. The drivers were friendly and drove well and the customer service with the Irro Charter representatives were professional and quick to respond. Will definitely use again in the future for upcoming programs in Europe.
