We were 42 people travelling Austria and Northern Italy with an Irro bus. The communication before and during the tour was very professional. We had a friendly and experienced driver. Everything went well. We would go again with Irro.

Poor Service
- No Clear Communications.
- Trying to take advantage of the client by invoicing unnecessary and crazy bills that could've been avoided by clear communications.
- Rude and unprofessional Driver.
- Promised to provide English Speaking Drivers, but that didn't happen. Drivers were not speaking English.

Fantastic drivers and great team to work with
The bus was always clean and well maintained. The drivers were very helpful and friendly and were willing to offer their own opinions and suggestions. They even helped organize some great events for us. The drivers were very professional, courteous, and on time. The next time I travel to Europe I am going to see if Irro Charter can provide the coach for us!

The travel arrangements were completely…
The travel arrangements were completely unprofessional and chaotic. We unknowingly hired you as a broker when we thought we were dealing directly with a bus company. Apart from the extraordinary additional cost you charged, your business practices have been totally unacceptable, especially given the effect on 100+ young people from another country. There have been constant, last-minute changes with the drivers, most of whom barely speak English and some of whom have used profanity constantly.
More importantly and for the record, your bus driver Nicky put one of our students in danger by unnecessarily pumping the brakes multiple times when he stood up to use the bathroom. He was extraordinarily disrespectful to our students and even quite rude to our adults.
The overall experience of the trip makes it impossible for us to ever work with your company again.
