I second the comments by A J Butler Contracting. I have been using Jackson Handling for a few years purchasing straps, ratchets, winders etc. Every thing has arrived within the promised time frame and the products have performed as described. Would not buy straps etc from anywhere else.

Great Service. Fast Delivery.

Told after purchasing on line that i would need to pay an extra £50.00 once the original money was taken from my bank. Due to the item listed at the wrong price due to increased pricing from suppliers. To then find the item still listed at the original price with no price increase to this day. Item arrived next day deliver which was great. To then find the item to have damaged paint work and scuff mark 12 in total. Not good when you have now paid £805.00 for an item listed for £755.00. Emailed the next day stating my issue with pricing and also about paint damage and scuffs to still have no response a month later. Customer service is not very good and don’t seem to care once you have paid for your item.

Good quality product. Liked the idea that I could choose the colour of my strap. With all my straps colour coded and can reach for the one I need quickly without having to unroll each one to see what size it is.

Placed order by email at around 9.30pm - email straight back. Super fast delivery and absolutely fantastic service. I made a mistake on our order and Jackson handling rectified it immediately even though it was my error. Jackson Handling are simply a breath of fresh air with customer service compared to the usual standard of companies these days. Will only be using Jackson handling for straps, slings etc from now on. Fantastic company to deal with and couldn't rate them highly enough.
