No promised Refund
Sent back incorrectly ordered strap clips after a refund was agreed. 2 weeks later I got am email asking why they were sent back as the person that agreed the refund was now on maternity leave. I replied they were fir a refund as agreed. There has been no further communication despite several emails from me. Appalling service. DO NOT USE THIS COMOANY THEY DO NIT KEEP THERE PROMISES

Very poor customer service
Excellent high quality product however unfortunately this company is let down by very poor customer service. Serious customer service training needed here.

Hello Dee, We are sorry you feel this way. Just to clarify upon ordering your straps you did order a product that was unsuitable for your attachment point and we did change these over for you free of charge & on numerous occassions ask for an image & dimensions of the anchor point you were trying to attach these straps to in order to recommend the best fitment. You called to chase up your order and I explained we were still awaiting these in order to get the right product to you & I was told this was irrelevant and just to send a loop instead.
We weren't asking for the images and dimensions to be difficult, we specialise in this field so we could have suggested sending the correct attachment for you. Never the less I feel the review is unjustified. Please feel free to contact us should you want to discuss further.
