Very personal service from Jackson handling, bought a couple of 'Big Boy' trolleys for moving archery targets around, very impressed with the product and the super quick delivery from them, highly reccommended

A few points ?
I thought the delivery charge was excessive considering the small distance it had to come and the price of the products bought. Then the items didn’t arrive at the promised day. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful young lady who informed me the items had not yet left their facility I received the package 2 days later

Good service but unrealistic delivery charge
The service was very good. The order I put in was unavailable but they offered a more expensive alternative for the same money. However, they were unable to deliver at a realistic rate and I had to cancel the order. They did try.

Thank you for your review Alan, unfortunately we are up against it with courier charges on larger items or anything over 1mtr at the moment. I think the increases are imminant though so unfortunatley higher charges for delivery from couriers may be here to stay. I tried my best to get you a better deal across our courier network but unfortunatley your offer was the very best i could do. Kind Regards, Louise.

Your parcel left us yesterday as promised and it was delivered to you today via DPD and signed for by James at 13:42, but your review was left at 15:29 saying you haven't received it? Close but no Cigar
I would have given 5 stars but for a couple of niggles.
No where does the order form state that the Ratchet straps are made to order.
I had to send emails to find out about this.
Once Louise got on the case I received my order within 24 hours.
Product looks to be great quality, will find out when used.

Thank you for your feedback Gary, apologies you have had to wait we are extremely busy at the moment. We usually would have off the shelf stock but we have struggled to catch up just recently to produce our own stocks. I have just checked and we do have a note to explain delays on your order receipt email, but i have contacted our IT so we can make it known on the website too. Excellent packing
We purchased a wheelbarrow. It was delivered on schedule. It was in three parts and was amazingly well wrapped. It took quite a long time to unwrap the body, frame and wheel! Everything in perfect condition and it was quick and easy to assemble.

Thank you for your review Charlotte. As per the email confirmation sent this item is with the courier and we have the platinum team at DPD looking into the delay and recollecting your garment. Unfortunately the courier delay is something we could not control but we are working hard to get resolved for you. We are very sorry for the delay.
Ordered a belle wheel barrow 2 weeks…
Ordered a belle wheel barrow 2 weeks ago because they were in stock. Got a email last week saying there’s been a delay I’ll have it this week. Emailed them this week no reply. If they were honest from the start that they don’t have them I wouldn’t of bothered buying one but now I’ve got £200 tied up in a wheelbarrow I don’t even have.

Dear Adam, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay you have experienced. We were given a date by the manufacturer for delivery which unfortunately they had to postpone due to not receiving enough of the raw materials to make up the orders. Unfortunately at that point it was out of our hands and we did give all of our customers the option to wait or we were happy to issue a refund. Due to the items being out of stock with most other suppliers, all of our customers affected decided to wait for their orders. As it happens we managed to get the majority dispatched on Friday 14th May and they will be out for delivery to customers today. I have checked through our email accounts and I can't find a second email from you, which explains why you received no response. This is not our standard practice and again we offer our sincere apologies for the delay. Thank you for your patience.
