Struggled for months to find bespoke doors to fit non standard openings when I stumbled across Jali's website. I was apprehensive at first but the ordering process was straightforward and easy. The doors arrived to timescales given and securely wrapped to prevent damage. I am absolutely thrilled with the doors and they look fantastic. I would highly recommend this company

Bought some custom sized MDF to make some drawers that would fit under the sofa. Included radius cuts that I couldn't have easily done at home. All the extra cut-outs to mount the cross members in were in exactly the right place and much cheaper than paying a carpenter.

Ordered beautiful bookcases all slightly different to make the library hall bespoke. Excellent outcome, painted with F&B looks superb. Better prices than Ikea with a superior product.

We ordered a radiator cover from Jali, really easy website to use and good delivery process. Receiving the cover, it came in 13 pieces and was really not easy to put together at all. The side skirting board need to be cut... if really made to measure, they should have asked for these too, as we do not have the tools to cut it to size, therefore it looks completely unfinished and unsightly. It's a shame as you can tell the wood is of high quality, but the process of putting it together, the non made to measure skirting and the price tag over £300 for a single radiator cover makes it hard to justify the purchase.

I had a really good experience with this company from start to finish. Really nice people, really easy to order the door, delivered when they said it would be and the finished product I could not be more happy with. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I will definitely use again.

We couldn't be more pleased with the bookcase we ordered from Jali.The paint choices and finish are terrific.
There was a hiccup which was promptly dealt with,which shows just how important customer service is to this company.

Ordered a large radiator cabinet, having used the online designer tool. Always a bit nerve racking waiting to see if you got all the measurements correct ! It arrived yesterday, and i assembled it on my own this morning. Extremely pleased with it - beautifully made, primed to perfection, fits perfectly, solid and stable. Looks brilliant in situ. Now all I need to do is paint it !....

Excellent service - gorgeous radiator grilles. Ordered some radiator grilles from Jali, Spoke with Jenny who was very helpful and checked the measurements with me before I placed my order, We received the grilles in a matter of days and they are beautiful. Having looked at others on the Internet I couldn't find any anywhere near as nice and as well made at such a great price. Had a follow-up call from Mark as well to check if all arrived OK. A super experience that restores one’s faith in online shopping! We ordered two pairs of fretwork window screens for our bedrooms. They were beautiful, well made and delightful in every way apart from some transit damage to one half of a screen. The company was exemplary in its handling of the matter and we have, today, taken delivery of a perfect replacement. There was no quibble and at every stage the staff at Jali were sympathetic, helpful and courteous. We are thrilled with the screens, too, and cannot recommend this company more highly. Huge thanks to Jenny and the team.

We ordered doors for an alcove in the kitchen - to give the illusion of a free standing larder cupboard. I found a picture of my favourite cupboard on line, Jali made two beautiful doors in a similar style.
I couldn't quite get the look i want on the design app (although it was very easy to use), my preferred look was more bespoke so the Jali team did the design and sent me the pictures to approve.
The fret work is very pretty.
The quality and workmanship are excellent. The paint finish is perfect.
The delivery was great, everything carefully packaged and stored in the van. A very nice chap made the delivery.
I highly recommend this whole team, you'll get quality from start to finish.
We will certainly be using them again!

My hall radiator is too large for off the shelf radiator covers so I decided to order from Jali based on the positive reviews.
The design your own feature was easy to use and the choice of finishes wide and varied.
I decided to order a ready painted finish which cost more but was worth the extra cost.
The cover arrived within a couple of weeks.
I found the instructions a little confusing but used their video instructions which I played over and over until the cover was assembled.
I am very happy with the product and will order from them again.

Have never previously dealt with Jali. However, I placed an order on line for a decorative painted screen.
I subsequently received a call to advise me that due to my colour choice I may have to wait a number of weeks. I didn't wish to wait so they suggested they send me colour samples to see if another colour would be acceptable - these duly arrived via post.
Reviewed the samples and made a further choice.........screen arrived shortly after (approx 10 days) well packaged.

Jali made me two Islamic style geometry MDF fretwork panels to go in the windows of our new house. They were cut to size perfectly and look great installed. The reason it is not 5 stars is that there was a problem with the first piece ordered - it was poorly cut and seemed to pass by their quality control. This was quickly resolved however and they sent another which was perfectly. It's a pity they wouldn't give a discount right at the beginning for two (identical) pieces but it kind of worked out because the first one served as a 'test'. In the end, both pieces look amazing and I will use this company again.

I have designed & had produced two bespoke shapes to use as desktops to maximise space utilisation. It is good value, particularly the oak veneer (you should varnish the top yourself to make waterproof). Combined with £2.50 Ikea legs a bespoke desk works out inexpensive. The design tool takes a little working out but is pretty good. The level of customer service is excellent. There was a problem with the courier on the most recent order, which was beyond Jali's control, and the team went to great lengths to get the item to me by the time I needed it

Fantastic product, finish and fit were perfect, very happy to recommend jali, plus delivery on time!

My items arrived 14 days after placing the order but the packaging was in quite a state and on opening there was some damage to the large doors forming part of the order. Easy to blame the courier and certainly they don't tend to show the care I would expect but the large heavy items in my order were insufficiently protected so 50/50 courier/Jali's fault.
Damage aside what was even more disappointing was the poor finish to nearly every item in my order....poor machining/cutting, poor application of veneer, un-square corners.
All the above was communicated to Jali and a full replacement order agreed.....good but a major inconvenience as I had trade's people arranged that had to be postponed.
A week later the replacement order arrived, damage again to the somewhat inadequate packaging but the contents survived this time.
However whilst the finish to everything had improved it was still far from perfect so I again contacted Jali to discuss. I suggested that as with some time and effort I could 'make good' a partial refund would be acceptable (and to compensate for the inconvenience of two deliveries, a return and the delays).
They refused! So after the extended time that had already passed I had the choice of return again and face further delays or accept the 'sub-standard' items :(

Excellent service from Jali. Answered any questions I asked before ordering which enabled me to order exactly what we needed. They phoned the day before delivery to make sure that was OK, They e-mailed afterwards to make sure we were pleased with the cabinet.I was not at home when the cabinet arrived but my husband had it put together and in place before I came back, so instructions were top rate. For a made to measure item the price was very reasonable and would highly recommend Jali.

We were a bit apprehensive about ordering from this company due to reviews regarding long delivery timescales. However, reviews suggested quality products so we decided to take a punt and order one item. It came very quickly, we ordered a custom sized radiator cover, it was easy to put together, perfect fit, and great quality. We quickly ordered another one, and same again arrived promptly, great communication about delivery, and another great product. I can't recommend this company enough, we love our new radiator covers, incidentally, we're actually using them to cover up underfloor heating manifolds not radiators, but as they were custom sized they work perfectly for our needs and the easy open hatch to the front is brilliant!
