Too slow processing redemption. I’ve been trying to redeem a small redemption of $105 dollars for weeks now with no response. They only reply via email saying that they’re behind and working on it. I’m about to contact my bank and dispute these charges because I believe it’s a scam that I’m dealing with and I’m tired of trying to get this redemption. If anything changes I will update my post.

I loved the site, good games, quick verification. Until I tried to redeem. They claim 1-2 days to approve it and up to 10 days til you recieve it. ALL LIES! Im on day 12 and its still not approved, and its only $100...literally the minimum amount you can redeem. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST! Ive been messaging them for days, from every possible place I can find. 3 different email addresses, their social media sites, that haven't been used since August last year according to the most recent posts. It seems like they're bankrupt so they have no employees whatsoever and can't afford to pay anyone so they just ignore it while still allowing people to deposit money that they pocket themselves. 100% SCAM SITE!!! DO NOT PLAY HERE OR YOURE JUST GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! Im even more sure of it after reading everyone else's reviews. Ill edit and update if anything changes in the next few days. PROVE ME WRONG JEFEBET!!!

Why don't casino's just be up front with you is crazy. All i wanna know is how long it's going to take to redeem. One month, two months, three months if it take next year, it's OK if you just tell people that right away. Trust the one star reviews, they don't lie.

This casino Is one of the worst and I mean the worst online casino ever customer service should be retrained or fired they never answer if it involves a redemption question I have sent over 10 emails trying to get an update on my payout from 2-15-2026 I haven't received a legit answer just the same generic ai prompted email they don't have a live chat or even a phone number they are so quick to take your money but very difficult to receive a payout or even a courtesy update and waiting almost a month to get a $100 payout is ridiculous this company needs to be investigated I have already reported this to the proper authority I'll keep you guys updated

I have been waiting since 2/1 for my redemption. I kept getting the same email about how they had technical issues and the issue was resolved and they are processing redemptions in the order they were received. It’s been 3 weeks since the issue has been resolved. I have cashed out from other sites many times after this one and gave gotten those ones. I will never put money on this site ever again.

This casino has been the worst. You get a certain amount of SC coins. They take your money and then when you reach out they dont respond. Poor customer service

Im a bit upset. I requested a redemption almost a month ago (02/08/26) after purchasing a package. I reached out about 2 weeks later for an update as it was still in progress, and was told they "fixed the redemption issue and mine was in process". Its been 2 weeks since then, I've reached out multiple times and they tell me they dont have a date as to when I can expect it. I play at a LOT of online casinos and this redemption process has been the worst by far. Not sure I will play here or make a purchase again, this is ridiculous

Well i have waited almost 4 weeks now for my redemption.. it still says processing and I've gotten a few emails back regarding the wait, saying they're having issues with something or another. I've never had to wait this long for a redemption. I've actually got redemption on 3 other sites that I won on AFTER Jefebet. It's quite ridiculous.

Company refused to verify my account, refund my transaction, or pay my wins. Site doesn’t work and is constantly experiencing technical issues.
Edit: You will see a reply where JefeBet claims to want to help. They do not. Their support team was not helpful in my experience and actively served to stagnate any attempts to verify my account, and confirmed that they are rug pulling and will not redeem any winnings or refund my account.

Recently I had some good fortune on JefeBet. I’m hoping to keep everyone updated, and maybe change that narrative that they take forever on redemptions. I plan to keep everyone updated. 2/25/2026 I have sent an email about the redemption process and if they are firm on the 1000sc per day redemption. It’s only been two days since my first redemption request.
2/27/2026 - they responded to my email that they are working on redemption times— that’s a positive update.
3/9/2026 - asked for an update and haven’t heard anything in return.
3/12/2026- got an email update saying they are approving redemptions in the order they were received, and that there’s a “backlog” of requests they are working on.
3/16/2026- emailed and requested an update. I was told they are working hard to process and are about a month behind and trying to catch up.
3/18/2026- Jefe has approved my redemption, and now says 3-5 days until it’s in my account.
3/23/2026 - I received my Jefe redemption to my bank account!
The process took 29 days, on a positive note Jefe was open to communication the entire time. They did tell me it would take about 30 days.
It’s excellent that I was able to receive my redemption. Taking 30 days to do so it’s definitely outrageous, but they did say they are working to fix that process.
So if you’re looking for a sweepstakes casino that pays quick this isn’t for you. If you are fine with waiting, the wins are legit and you will get paid…. Eventually.
I’m giving a 4 stars rating because a lot of the games don’t work for me and it took 30 days to get paid.
If 3.5 stars was an option that would be a better fit.

I have played at jefebet a couple years now and have really enjoyed doing so. I enjoyed the selection of games and good customer support. Also had a couple redemptions that were smooth and fairly fast before. Well I don't know what exactly is going on but now customer support is non existent and I've been waiting on a redemption over a week now. Before now I probably would have given them 4 stars but now a 1 is not even deserved. So jefe bet don't bother sending a generic response on here about e mailing support for help. You know just like I do you won't answer. The only thing you need to do is get my redemption processed ASAP. You can take money in all day instantly and it shouldn't be much different paying it out. So let's go. Here is my reference number 3752333.
Update I canceled my redemption on March 22nd and re submitted it the same day but just for $100. I thought it might make a difference if it was only $100. It is now June 8th and I'm still waiting on a $100 redemption. I honestly don't believe I will ever see the money but this isn't for them to write some bs response to. It's to let everyone else not to trust these people.

Redemption time is ridiculously slow. They're still claiming technical issues with payouts after 6+ months according to other reviews. The site has potential but nobody wants to wait forever for the money they have won. I feel like I should make interest on my money sitting in their account forever.
Update1- I sent an email as instructed on the 18th but haven't gotten a response or help. I figure I'll write some more on here cause it seems the quickest way to get anything done. Emails take awhile and redemptions take forever. Now that I think of it, when they reply on here it's just a generic response.
Update 2- it's been over 2 weeks and still haven't been paid. If moneys tight for you I suggest you use a different site cause who knows when you'll be paid. They said to email them and I did and they did nothing to help speed it along.

Honestly they dont even deserve the 1 star. Trust pilot doesnt have any negative stars because that is exactly what this lottery/casino deserves. I have requested 3 redemptions. The first one on 1/27/26 and the other 2 on 1/30/26. At least ive received a response but its the same generic response and run around that they are having issues w their redemptions. Sure they are, they are exactly like $ factory, they will take your money but wont pay you if you win.
When i first joined this casino, it took them 3 days to pay me out, now its been over 10 days and still nothing. Come on Jefebet, you have to be better than this! Are you guys seriously that hard up that you'll take our money but not payout when your customers win?? 🤬
UPDATE 2/28/26... Yay the first redemption request from 1/27/26 has finally been approved. I should receive it within 10 days. I still have 2 more redemption requests pending. So I will change my 1 star to 2 stars and continue to wait until I actually receive the funds from the first redemption request. And I will def let you know if and when the last 2 get approved.
Keeping my fingers crossed that Jefebet will actually come thru and prove that Good things do come to those who wait and that they are not a sham like $ Factory.

I redeemed $100 and when I didnt get it I sent numerous messages to customer service before I finally got a reply that is was delayed. I know i will never get my money. I hate sites that do people like that. UPDATE: I contacted customer service as requested and got the same exact response they always send. Still no money. SCAM SITE!!! DO NOT PLAY!! UPDATE: They sent an email that said they sent my money but I never received it. I emailed them and told them and I was told that it was sent and I needed to contact my bank. There is no problem with account at all. This site is a TOTAL SCAM and you will not get paid!!!.

I won a good amount but kept going down because they never pay. I finally left it alone at 500 3 weeks ago and they won’t even reply to me. Don’t get ripped off, I’m paying a lawyer tomorrow to start a lawsuit to get my $. They deserve a negative 100 star review. Scam, scam, scam.

Tried to redeem twice now, first redemption was small and still took over a week.
Second redemption was two weeks ago now and they still just say they're having issues which was the excuse last time. Used to like the site, can't recommend it anymore. They don't even give me a timeframe or eta still with multiple emails sent to them. Lay out and selection of games was nice, would've like to keep using them, but can't justify it really now.
