6/4/26 - I did finally receive my funds. Not sure why it took as long as it did, almost TWO months. I've played this site for a couple of years and this is the first time I had any issue. If I play again, it won't be until I see their reviews Improving.
5/1/26 - update. Glad they responded to my review. My opinion stands until my redemption gets to my hands. I will change my review when that happens.
4/23/26 - sharing some info I found. I also found contact information when researching them. Interesting stuff: Search JefeBet class action suit out of Utah.
They do not respond to inquiries and they do not honor redemption requests. Another site that has stolen our money.

Good buy ins. But don't do it. Cause if you win you won't get paid out. HORRIBLE site. I've had the same redemption for 2 months and still pending. Every time I email I get the "system delays" or "we are processing redemptions in order they are received". There's no way they have so many redemptions that they are that backed up. Don't fall for the lies. Just be smart and DO NOT give them ANY of your money cause you will never see any redemptions.

No pleased:( started redemption on 03/30 and it’s now 4/14 and still pending status. Site states 1-2 days for approval status then about a week give or take depending on the bank but it’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten approved??!!? Already been paid out from other casinos that I redeemed after this redemption. I’ve wrote customer service many times and still no change:(

I really like playing on this site but redemptions are slower than any other site. The majority of casinos pays out the same day or within 2 days at most and it's been over a week and mine hasn't even been processed. I'm starting to think I was scammed. Customer service only sends the same generic msg saying they're behind. Verification also took months before it went through. I hope they can catch up and process redemptions faster soon if not Idk why anyone would play. As far as the site itself & the games it's 5 stars. Will update if I ever get paid.

Played on this site and loaded money on it and when I won. And went to redeem my funds Never received them to this day. Emailed them and everything waited and been patient. Still to this day day no response and no redemption. Jefe bet has really let me down and disappointed me. I won't be playing on here any more.

Jefebet calls about promotions and playing on their platform. I verified my account with them last year before even purchasing sc, so they keep calling to convince me to play on their platform so I gave in and did been having jefebet account since last year. Like I stated before I verified when I first got it so I played yesterday 04/11/26 and won when trying to redeem it give me the verification link like I didn’t verify so I hit the link trying to verify again instead of the verification process come up, another message come up like I been already verified (I did last year). The message stated verification process team will review 72 hours check your email remind you I didn’t upload anything this time cuz it wouldn’t let me. I done email serval times NO RESPONSE!!! Hope jefebet it’s scamming due to they call all the time about playing on their platform real human! ………… UPDATE: Jefebet updated my account to verified so I can redeem my winnings, I redeem APRIL 14 $630 today April 30, 2026 still pending on their platform I done reached out serval of time about my redemption just give the same messages and Jefebet team member call my boyfriend trying to get him to play and he had them on speaker told them he will never play on their platform I done play and never gotten pay, the Jefebet team stated oh it takes 24/48 hrs but due to back log or whatever they have going on holding people money up. But they can keep calling random people to get them to play and spend money on their platform but haven’t paid out the members that already put money on this platform and won not making any sense! I have been waiting on a couple of redemptions to hit my bank account for weeks now! The first one I submitted on 3-18!! And support has been absolutely NO help. Keep getting the same generic email “there’s a backlog blah blah, we’re sorry but we’re working on it” my husband is also having the same issue. As if that’s not bad enough they keep calling us trying to get us to spend MORE money with them when they already owe us a couple hundred dollars each!!! Just hope it isn’t a scam at this point…
Update 4-21: still waiting…I have pending redemptions from 3-18,3-30, and 4-10! Still no word other than the vague, automated emails full of excuses and reassurances
Update 5-20: got an email that states my redemption from 3-18 has been “approved” and still may take another 10 business days to hit my account.

No surprise what my complaint is gonna be. Its been 5 weeks since I put in my redemption. I've wrote several emails, called a few times and when they call me for promotional reasons and I ask about my redemption. Its technical issues or their just behind. Don't understand.

I placed a redemption for $183.94 at the end of February, over a MONTH ago- still “Pending” after reaching out to support multiple times. My account had been verified months prior to the redemption. Such a shame, unfortunately think I have been scammed :(
EDIT: I was paid today! Thank you Jefebet, you guys officially get my blessing and thumbs up within the online casino community. While your redemptions could be a bit quicker, ultimately keep up the good work.

I submitted a redemption request on February 28, and as of today, I have still not received my funds.
I have contacted support multiple times, and while they respond, the replies are always the same generic explanation about a “backlog” and processing requests in order. There has been no specific update, no timeline, and no real progress on my case.
According to standard expectations for sweepstakes platforms, withdrawals should be processed within a reasonable timeframe. However, my request has now been pending for over a month, which is far beyond acceptable.
At this point, I am simply requesting that my payment be processed.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

I had THREE pending redemptions from February 5th. Almost 2 months later. It was such a hassle trying to get the money! I was getting close to the 60 day mark which is the amount of time you have to dispute charges for credit cards so I filed a report just in case. I got my funds today so I canceled my dispute.
Please keep that in mind though for anyone getting close to that mark.
I gave two stars on this review only because I finally got my money.

I've been waiting on a 200$ redemption for 2 weeks now and when I contact their customer support team, all I get is a vague generalized email certifying they e received my message and will open a ticket. I'll change this to 4 stars once I finally get my redemption but customer service is horrible and payout times are beyond stated timelines.
Not my first bad experience with jefe but previously after a really long wait they did send my redemption so I decided to try again. Now I’m ready for a redemption and I can’t change the payment method for redemption to a new account and their email from support have been less than helpful. You’d think it would be an easy fix but obviously not. Funny the method for them accepting my money is never messed up! Hmm!
Warning signs are adding up. Redemption speeds are slowing down, same goes for responsiveness of customer support. I like Jefebet, but their processing times are currently unacceptable. On Valentine’s Day I submitted a redemption request. We’re past Saint Patty’s Day and my redemption is still pending. It’s really not cool to make people wait this long.
Jefebet did finally honor my redemption; I’m not impressed that I had to wait until Easter for my Valentine’s Day request to process.
These guys closed up shop in Illinois without a notice. They said they sent an email on feb 16 but I never received anything. The last email in any of my folders containing jefe, jefebet, Emily and Sofia (their rude support agents) was from December when I waited 3 weeks for a redemption.
Nobody in Illinois in any of my discords got any kind of notification or email. Bunch of liars.

Once again I put my redemption request on February 14 and here we are on March 18th and still "pending " I have never seen anything like it in my life I feel like I was really scammed. Guess will update once I get my money will update if I ever get it .

UPDATE — March 17th:
Still unresolved. Now 13 days since my redemption request was submitted.
JefeBet's own published support policy states their payments team takes 1-2 days to review and approve requests. Mine hasn't even been marked as approved yet. Today, support agent April informed me in writing that the team is "running approximately one month behind" — directly contradicting their advertised terms.
I have now filed a formal BBB complaint (ID #24636961), contacted FSG Digital executives directly, and submitted complaints to SweepsKings and CasinoReviews. The BBB complaint has been updated with the policy contradiction as additional evidence.
Will continue to update this review as the situation develops.

When I first found this site I really like the games and actually won on the sign up bonus. I did have a glitch when getting verified to cash out. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and walked me through and fixed problem right away. I received the payout in bank within 2 days. I thought great and continued playing and cashing out no problems at all. Alway seeing it in bank within a day or two. But all of that has changed. I cashed out on 2/16/2026 and here it is a month later and still pending. I reached numerous times and have receive only one reply. The same "We are experciencing technical difficulties" automated response and the was after the 3rd time I contacted support. Since then crickets. Its a shame this was one of my go to online casinos now I will I am hesitant to ever purchase here again.
UPDATE 4/5/2026: Finally received my payout but taking over a month is really unacceptable. I enjoy the site and will keep in rotation but only to collect daily bonus,if i win and the redeemption times vastly improve i might consider purchasing again. (thanks Jefe for being honest in these times)
