I gave Jefebet one star thus far, bought a few packages from them in the past; though never won enough to cash out so I hadn’t even checked on my verification.
Get this, I sent my documents for verification about a YEAR & 1/2 ago!
I finally was able to win enough to redeem, so I hit the redeem and it reads my verification was “processing” apparently I must have submitted them right after I first joined the platform..😳
Watch now they will say my documents are “out of date” and I need to re-send current ones. I DO hope not, and want to believe them to be a legitimate company. However, given the multitude of complaints of wait times it isn’t looking good for them.
I play on nearly 90 different platforms and so far have NEVER had a verification take 1 1/2 YEARS.
I WILL update my review if things change

jefebet is the worst company for sweepstake writing...I had a redemption of 600$ that they cancelled and only replaced my account with 28sc..after emailing them they said it was a glitch never got my money back..this company isn't trustworthy don't waste your time!!!

Been waiting on redemption since 5/17 and I contacted customer service and it was useless. Wouldn’t recommend playing with them or any of the sister company’s associated with them (waiting on money with Sixty6 casino too). Not worth it.

Horrible experience, been waiting since March 18 for approval of redemption. In total
From March to now may I have a total of 5 which just recently my last redemption was canceled for no reason or explanation. First they dnt pay out now cancel to just not pay you. Numerous email have been sent with same excuses and no solutions . closing account Smh wow!

I have mixed feelings for Jefebet. So back in March ,March 10th I won $100.00 I put in my redemption request and waited. Come March 22nd I won $230.00. I again put in my redemption request. I received the$230. Barely on May 1st. I’m very thankful but I’m also a bit annoyed with the fact that I still haven’t received my first redemption. I’ve reached out to Jefebet casino just to be told that they are working on it. Really? It’s been well over 60 days now.

I am currently at ridiculous wait times for my redemptions! I have (4) $1,000 redemptions still processing from 3/15/26 & 3/16/26! That’s 72 days or 52 business days! I have never had a social casino redemption take this long! Customer service told me my account is in good standing and completely verified but keeps saying the same thing as in it’s a manual review and I’m just waiting on a real person to sign off on my redemptions. Please take caution before putting any money into this site! I see others have gotten their redemptions at around 60 days and here I am going on 3 months!! If I get my redemptions i will upgrade my review to more stars but until then I will continue telling everyone the Jefebet does not pay and scams people out of their money!

This site is a ripoff. Don't spend any money with them. I finally got paid 101.00 dollars but it took 9;weeks. I left countless bad reviews about them. Now I want them close my account. Never again!

1st of all love the games...made my 1st redemption on May 4th of 100.00.Til this day still have not received it,I've messaged them about it like 3 times and each time,same story...they are behind on redemptions.Ridiculous if you ask me.

It has been over two months since I’ve requested a redemption. I have emailed multiple times with the same generic response every other person in here as got and they’ve provided no timeline. Their excuses do not make any sense given no other casino has ever come remotely close to this redemption time.
Ultimately, this casino is a SCAM, as having to wait over 2 months, even if they actually pay, is highly unethical as that is 2+ months of money that I lose out on and that they gain for free. Do not sign up. Do not buy any packages. Just read the rest of the reviews in here. You will not see your money for a very very long time, if ever.
Jefebet, don’t bother replying - we know you will provide the same useless generic response that nobody gives a shit about you unethical pricks. I will be sure to let my friends know not to sign up.

It's been 49 business days and I still have not received my redemption and it's been like 67 days total since I cashed out and every time I send an email they send me the same generic reply, that I'm sure they're sending to everyone saying they're behind but this is getting a little overboard, 49 business days is plenty of time to get these redemptions done... Even if you're somewhat behind it's still sufficient enough time... If I don't hear back with a real reply I'm going to dispute all of my payments that I made to you with my bank because you are not following your own set of rules and guidelines my account needs to be looked at and I need a real reply or solution of payment immediately... Let's see if this can happen and then I will change my review I'm extremely upset because I loved this casino I've cashed out with you in the past and I've never had any issues it was my number one go to place to play and now I don't even know what to say... I'm telling all of my followers and everyone I know not to play on your platform until this gets resolved..
This is just a quick update finally after 3 months or 55 business days I finally got my redemptions so I felt I needed to come and update my review a little.
I really truly hope they can get their s*** together and get caught up if this is truly the real case of what's going on because I miss playing on this platform I really loved it but I'm still on the fence I think I might play minimal amounts because of how long it takes to get your payouts. And can you please stop sending the generic text every time somebody submits a request to you let us feel appreciated by actually typing us a letter and not the same letter to every person that in itself will show good customer service and make us want to come back..55 business days to get paid out is beyond a little behind and through this whole process I didn't mind the waiting for my money it was the uncertainty of not knowing if it was for sure going to come and then getting it dumb generic letter that doesn't even answer my questions that I asked when I get customer support up all I wanted to know is a possible time frame so that I could be assured that I was for sure getting paid out and that you guys were actually just tad bit be so have your customer service people step it up and answer our questions so that we can feel a shirt and then you can have better ratings even if you're slow to pay out we will come back because there's consistency and there's a level of trust built through those little minimal things but I'm moving my star rating to a three it's the best I can do but I wanted to bump it up a little bit because you did pay me

I currently have three withdrawals of $1,000 each pending on JefeBet since March 6 (over 8 weeks now).
This is my first withdrawal, and my account is fully verified (KYC completed). I have also deposited and lost more money on the platform than I am attempting to redeem, so there should be no concerns regarding bonus abuse or account risk.
Despite this, all three redemptions remain in “pending” status with no clear communication or timeline for payment.
I have contacted support multiple times and have not received a definitive answer on:
- Whether the withdrawals are approved
- If there are any outstanding verification issues
- When I can expect payment
At this point, the delay is significantly outside normal processing times for a verified account and raises concerns about payout reliability.
I am requesting that JefeBet escalate this to their payments team and provide a clear resolution and payout timeline.

17 days in waiting for a redemption. No response from customersuppirt, they are not acknowledging my emails or replyingto me anymore. Jefebet used to have something stating that most redemptions are processed within 48 hours in most situations. That claim changed to either 3-5 or 5 to 7 days in the majority of redemptions, this is still their current claim. Currently, this is the 3rd time since December that I've claimed a redemption with Jefebet and it has taken extremely long to process. I waited from early December of 2025 to mid February 2026 for an $800 redemption payment, the entire time they claimed they were having issues with payment processing. But here is the crazy part!!! I had all but given up on ever getting this redemption, so as a last attempt I try a hail mary attempt and I emailed Jefebet support informing them that I'm a streamer of online gaming content (which I am) and told them the fairly significant number of followers I have. I told them that as soon as they pay me and I received the funds in my bank account that I would do a video review of their site that was positive to help them bring in more new players and income. Wouldn't you know, not even 12 hours later I got a confirmation email informing me that my redemption was on the way!!! Just like that payment system was miraculously fixed and within 36 hours of making Jefebet that offer the money was in my bank. I'll let everyone else decide what they think regarding if there was ever a payment processing issue, truthfully I don't know if there was. But that was a hell of a coincidence none-the-less. So here we are again, Jefebet is playing games with my $200 redemption and I'm being forced to air out their laundry on Trustpilot. I also have saved all of the threads from my emails with them and have backed them up on my computer. Maybe I should post it somewhere if they continue not wanting to pay me or reply. That being said, players beware of this site.

I have had the most awful time trying to redeem! I started my redemption request over 30 days ago and have contacted support multiple times with no response. I don’t understand how others have gotten any redeeming from JefeBet! Awful communication and I’m guessing at this point I’ll never receive the funds. Don’t sign up with them!

Wow, it's been about one month now on my redemption. I redeem on 3/20 now it's almost May. So I canceled just to play and see. And won now waiting on 2 redemption. Look like I'm never going to see a dime. When i email them it's the same story. Now I'm just going to cancel my winnings an plays. So I already know there no chance in hell. I'm even going to win because I feel like every game I will play will be rigged. The funny thing is I won on 4 other site and got my money before Jefe bet that I won on first.
