It is now July 3rd redemption put on on June 15th they are embarrassing and trust pilot will be marking them scam here soon. What an absolute embarrassment
I had a horrible redemption experience in January 2026, but after waiting over 30 days - I did get paid.
I decided that I would give them another chance, but it has now been 6 weeks and still no redemption. I have reached out to customer service, but same old story - basically, there is nothing that they can do, I just have to wait until they get around to it.
I really think they like to keep your funds pending in hopes that you will just give up and play until you lose it all.
Don't waste your time or money!

I’m waiting on my redemption from March 11th. JefeBet has there response on auto pilot it’s the same sorry message. There is no way it should take almost 4 months to redeem someone’s money. They need to be reported to the gaming commission, if we were in an actual casino they would be held accountable so why should online be any different? This is just completely ridiculous and very bad business period.

I’m waiting on money from RealPrize and JefeBet. For some reason I only win at the slowest a$$ paying sweeps casinos in existence and it’s really starting to pi$$ me off.

have had a very disappointing experience with Jefebet regarding my redemption requests.
I submitted redemption requests for my Sweepstakes Coins in April and May 2026. Since then, I have contacted customer support multiple times to ask for updates.
Support has repeatedly confirmed in writing that:
* My account is fully verified.
* There are no issues with my account or payment method.
* My redemption requests remain active and have not been denied or canceled.
However, despite these confirmations, I still have not received my payments or a realistic estimated processing date. I continue to receive the same generic response that my requests are “in the queue.”
I understand that payment processing can take time, but waiting several months without a clear explanation or resolution is unacceptable.
I hope Jefebet reviews my case promptly, processes my pending payments, and improves its communication and payment processing for all customers.
I will update this review if my issue is resolved.

I’ve been waiting over a month, and I have several redemptions pending. Over a month is way longer than I ever expected. I keep getting calls about “promotions” on the site. However, if you want me to spend money, processing time needs to be sped up. I’ve been very patient, and I don’t think it’s fair that my card gets charged so quickly when I buy from the site, but when it comes to cashing out? That’s a whole other story. I’ve sent several emails. I am always polite and try to be understanding, however, this is becoming really frustrating.

I’ve been waiting over a month, redeemed on 5/21/26, for my $100 redemption which still shows pending. Emailed customer service 3 times and am getting the same generic response that it seems everyone else is getting. They will be lucky to have any customers left if they conduct business this way. Too many other options out there and I have never waited more than a week from any other casino.

Waiting Almost 4 months for my redemption! Ok so I been waiting on a redemption from 3/12/2026 of $275.00 which by next week is 4 months of waiting and 3/23/2026 of $350 13 weeks over 3 months, I keep getting the same response from them , everything looks good , ur in the queue, it's still being processed once it is you will get an email , come on I've been very patient but this is rediqulous JefeBet , when I get my money I'll update and redo the 1 star

It has officially been 15 weeks since I put in my withdrawal for 800 sc
Not sure why it’s taking this long to process the supposed “backfill”
Every email I get back from support is just the same I’ve checked your account and the withdrawal is in process.
I just don’t understand how it’s been in process for almost 4 months now 🤣
If this doesn’t get resolved I might have to submit a charge back with my bank

Want to say at first jefe was one of my favorite 😍 casinos. I do enjoy the experience with the app. Not going to say somthing that isn't true. But my issue is it's been over 1 month 7 days and have not received my payment. I understand businesses have technical issues and/or any issue can cause problems , but 1 month just seems unreal. I've cashed our one before with no issues. I do not think jefe bet is a fraud but I do wish we can get these issues squared away quickly. I want to purchase and play but when I play I expect to get my winning within at least 2 day or even a week is fine. There are to many other casinos that don't have these issues , so y put up with it. Like I've stated above this casino is fun and fair but until your waiting for your winnings. Also we see alot of casino who are actually out here stealing from their customers and I don't want to see jefe end up in thst category.
Will update once I receive my winnings to 5 stars, cause truthfully that's what this app deserves.

My experience with Jefebet has been very disappointing. I have had a $200 withdrawal request pending for over a month, and to date, I have not received the payment.
Every time I contact customer service, the response is the same: the withdrawal is "in process." However, days and weeks go by without any resolution or a specific date for receiving the funds.
I hope the company resolves this situation as soon as possible and improves communication with its users. In the meantime, I feel it is important to share my experience so that other players are informed before using the platform.

The games seem to be fair. However, I have been playing on this site for a year. I was finally able to put in a redemption on June 6. It is still pending and they can’t give me an answer on how long it should take to approve it. I am starting to feel robbed. It’s not the first social casino to make me feel this way. If these social casinos actually pay out in a decent amount of time people would be more willing to spend money on their site.

I had a lot of fun playing Jefebet. Then I submitted a redemption. I have been waiting over 30 days to receive my $100. I have since read very poor reviews and most had to do with the redemption process. I'm disappointed that I can't get my meager winnings.

I first won in March and then a few more times in April and May. I still have not received anything from them. They owe me 980.53. I still have faith I will receive that. If not I will continue to do these reviews. I’ll keep y’all notified.

Would have given zero stars if I could have. Going on a month now for my redemption and just get the same canned emails when I email support. Clearly they can’t pay their players. Beware!

Games and site are great. Honoring their stated redemption times are complete trash. Site says 1-2 days, it's been weeks and still no money. I've reached out multiple times just to be told my account and bank are verified, my redemption looks good and to please be patient while they work through the redemption process. I asked for a timeframe(not even a specific date, just a general timeline) in which I can expect my money and was told they cannot give me that, but rest assured it will be processed they're just dealing with an unusual high volume of redemptions at this time. But based on all of these other reviews it's clearly not anything unusual, apparently it's just how this site works. At this point I'm not holding my breath anymore waiting for it because I'm pretty sure it's not coming. I'll update if I ever get it.

Ownership should be ashamed of themselves, just seeing the rating should tell them people are so dissatisfied with how they run their business. Hope this can turn around but I have my doubts.
