Update 3 - 12/24
12 days and I received the same type of responses. On the 13th day I was notified my redemption was approved and today I received finds in my account.
I stand by my statement about violating the terms and conditions; unhelpful responses from support teams and delayed redemptions. I also believe they are violating consumer trust by not warning of thr "technical difficulties" and "delayed redemptions" when making a purchase... but they did eventually pay me.

Update 2 - it just keeps getting worse. Their own comment below tells me to reach out to their help desk... I do this and get a response saying "this has been merged with existing case" not that its being looked into, not that they are doing anything about it, just that it's been merged with the case I already can't get answers on.
This could all be avoided by them simply putting a warning on their page that they are currently unable to process redemptions... taking money while knowing they can't pay out is borderline fraudulent activity.
Ill Happy to update this review to higher stars if my redemption ends up paid out.
12/16 - Update 1 - downgrading this to one star. Customer service takes a while to respond. Im getting the same "technical difficulties" response others are receiving without any further details. If this is a known issue that dates back to nov (as seen on other reviews) then a notification should be placed on the site to warn you / prevent you from making a purchase.
12/14 - Difficult to redeem. Submitted 12/10. Their terms state it will be pending 1-2 days for review. Here i am several days past that point and still pending. Customer support is not responding to inquiries. Seeing reviews here with similar issues this makes me nervous as to if I will receive my redemption. Other sites ive dealt with would have had funds in my account by now. Purchase at your own risk... I wish I would have found these reviews sooner!

Jefebet decided to rugpull all of it's California players today by locking their accounts without any notification sent beforehand. Any and all SC is forfeited. Be very cautious with spending your money here.

My first redemption was paid out in 3 days with no problem. The second redemption has been on pending going on day 11. Support told me on day 6 that they were having some technical difficulties. I call BS, I call it refusal to payout. I DO NOT recommend this casino. No redemption after 14 days and canceled the redemption and played it, I will put this casino on the back burner.

After nearly 2 months I finally received email saying my redemption was approved. Not changing the star rating because it was a miserable experience and i really don’t see myself spending any more money on this site.
Read my other 2 reviews for this site. Still waiting for over a month on a redemption. It is beyond ridiculous. I responded to their support message on my review and nothing, no reply at all to that email. At this point I am almost positive that i will never see the money that I won

12/17: My redemption has not been paid. I was told by CS that it would take 3-5 days. I submitted the redemption on 11/8, it was approved and processed on 12/10 and here it is 12/17 and I haven’t been paid. I’ve reached out to CS and was told 3-5 days, emailed them on the 5th business day and *crickets*.

Still haven’t received my winnings. It is Business Day 22 and they’re disregarding their own terms and conditions of by refusing to pay us within 10 business days. One day it’s a technical issue, the next day, they’re processing redemptions. One person tells me that my redemption is a priority and the next day, it’s something different. I really think they’re hoping that we play our winnings so they won’t have to pay us. This is what some of these places do. They hold out paying you so that you play your winnings back.

Out of all the places that I’ve spent my money, why is that I’ve only had redemption issues with American based places? Crown Coins, Chumba, Rolla and even the other overseas based gaming sites have processed my redemptions in a timely manner.

They processed two more redemptions.... OUT OF ORDER! I have now receive my redemptions from 11/10, 11/11 and 11/12 but still nothing for 11/3, 11/7 and 11/8. I emailed support like they asked in my last review and they were very prompt about approving the 11/11 and 11/12 redemptions. I emailed again to let the know that they had missed 11/3 for $203, 11/7 for $216 and 11/8 for$208 and again, crickets. I don't think there's any need for me to email you again, you know who I am.

Refusal to pay out or respond with facts; redemption was requested on 11/6/2025. They lied and said that there are technical issues. But there aren't any technical issues preventing new payments!

I've been on jefebet.com for over a year now, and as a VIP they treat me quite well, giving me bonuses and good deals practically every single day. Their customer service reps are very helpful and nice as well. My favorite thing on there is their Solitaire game, and it is the best one on any site I've seen. DO NOT PLAY HERE! has been over a month of waiting for my redemption to process, and have not received anything. Support just says that it is a technical issue, that is out of their control, but it is fixed or redemption should start going through. However, I have received that same email response every week for the last five weeks, and still have not received anything. Well, it has finally come to this. JefeBets will not respond to any emails regarding my redemption that is still “Pending” since 11/08!! It states that it will show pending until is it reviewed and that is 1-2 business days. Waited. Waited. Waited. It has now been 15 BUSINESS DAYS and still shows pending. Once approved it will take up to 10 more business days. We’re just shy of a month and it’s still pending. I have sent an email daily asking for an update, reached out to their sponsor/promoter at FSG Inc, and even messaged their higher ups. It’s incredible to me that a business can so easily accept your money, and then ghost you when you win. I wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy. Communication goes a long way, if there’s an issue, at least let me know. I have no idea how there is no recourse against companies like this. Maybe a call to the Nevada Gaming Commission about Fifth Street Gaming Inc, might help speed up the process for anyone who fails to head my warning. Really open to having JefeBet rectify this situation, however, I don’t think they exist anymore.
***UPDATE! - It’s been a month, and STILL PENDING in my account! I did receive an email after this review saying that their team is “working hard to fix the issue, but it is out of their control”. Uhhhhhh what? What a dumpster fire.

I reached out after a weeks time and was told 10 business days, Reached out for a second time and was told there was a glitch and it would be the following week for sure. I have still not received anything and status has not changed from pending. I have sent 4 additional emails with no response at all. At this point, I'm thinking I got screwed
