Requested $100.00 redemption almost a week ago. I have only gotten an email today saying that there is a glitch in the redemption system. And my request has not even been approved still. I don't think I will ever see my money after reading these reviews. That is really annoying to say the least.
PLEASE DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE FLUSHING IT IN THE TOILET
Update: of course I have notified support and of course they have stopped responding. Here on day number 14 and no money. Thanks

Jefe used to be really awesome and quick with their redemption processing. Sometimes even same day processing. Looking at the recent reviews and my recent experience with them these days are long gone. I submitted a total of 5 redemptions between 10/30 and 11/11. Only one of those has been processed. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service and they haven’t done much to help other than make promises that are not kept. Unfortunately I won’t be playing with jefe any more and neither should you. I recommend sixty six as they have same day redemptions, similar game selection and are actually true to their word. If I don’t receive my winnings soon I’ll have no other choice but to initiate charge backs on my purchases with them as they are violating their own terms and conditions.

UPDATE 12/04

I emailed their support email as requested in their phony response below. To no surprise there has been absolutely no “prompt”response and no changes made to the pending redemptions. I’ll update here if I ever hear back from them.

UPDATE 12/04 (later in the day)

This is the response i received from Support:

“I apologize for the delay, our team has identified some technical errors that has resulted in a delay in redemptions. We assure you that our team is working diligently to send those out as soon as possible. As soon as your redemption is approved, you will receive a notification to your verified email address noting this interaction. I assure you our intention is to approve your redemption but right now our team is dealing with some issues that are out of our control. I am happy to see that one of your redemptions was approved and I am hopeful they rest will be approved soon as well! If there is anything I can help clarify, please do not hesitate to reach out!”

Unfortunately this response does absolutely nothing to help resolve my issue or give me any reassurance that it will ever be resolved as I was told something very similar in two separate responses almost a MONTH ago (11/13). The “approved redemption” that was mentioned was the same one I spoke of in my initial review which was processed over two weeks ago.
I will include the responses given on 11/13 below.

“I apologize for the delay with your redemptions but this current delay affects all JefeBet users at the moment. I can't give you a timeline on when you will receive your redemptions but our team is working to have them reach your account by next week at the latest.”

“As mentioned by my colleague, we experienced an issue with redemption that affected not only yours but all of them in general, but don't worry, we managed to solve it and we are working hard to be up to date with all the pending redemption and for this to not happen ever again as we understand that timely access to winnings is crucial for all the members of our familia.

You should expect an email notification with the approval of your redemption soon. Again, our sincere apology for any inconvenience this may have caused. “

As you can see they never kept their word as only one of my five redemptions was processed by “the next week”.

UPDATE 12/16

On 12/10 I finally received an email stating that my redemptions had finally been approved! Finally! Unfortunately as of 12/16 I have not received any funds in my bank account. In the past once the approval email went out the funds would reach my account by the next day. This has not been the case. I reached out to support and their response was as followed:

“The redemption process typically takes about 3-5 business days depending on your bank. If, by any chance, you haven't received your funds within this timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help and happy to look into it for you!”

Tomorrow will be the 5th business day so I will update here if anything changes by then. I really hope it does

Wow, after almost 2 months of waiting have
FINALLY received my winnings! At least they paid me out. I’ll bump up their rating to 3 stars for the past experiences ive had with them and considering they’ve actually paid me out.

Redemption not paid

I played on this site for about a month and have been waiting for my redemption since 10/31/25. They have given me every excuse possible as to why I haven’t received my money. On 11/19/25 the status of my redemption has gone blank and customer service has stopped responding. I have repeatedly ask for one of two things to happen either refund all the money I have spent on the platform or approve and pay my refund. Clearly something fraudulent is going on with redemptions! Jefebet is still allowing customers to make purchases but not paying out winnings which is not right.

Slow Redemption

Well i think I was scammed after looking at the reviews i started redemption on 11/11 and still not approved. Im guessing now it never will be😡

Update now 11/21 says approved and it can take 10 days to get in my bank ha still don't believe ill see any money based on reviews, but if i do i will update.

Update 11/24 . So it took a while, im hoping a one time glitch but i got my redemption today, they did communicate along the way. So looks like they do pay out. Yay!

Redemption time is ridiculous

I have loved Jefebet for a while and they were one of my favorite sites to play on. Apparently they no longer care about paying people what they are owed and the customer service is even worse.
I submitted a $500 redemption on 10/30 and absolutely can't get a real answer about when to expect my money. When I redeemed before it only took a day or two. I have been given several different answers about when to expect it. I was given the answer that it can take up to 10 days. Now we are on day 20 and they told me yesterday they will start sending out redemption again toward the end of next week. I will be contacting the FTC and a lawyer. I am sick of these casinos breaking their own terms and conditions to suit their own needs. Apparently they have stopped redemption but still selling packages. Shady as heck!

Section 8: Prize Redemption all the necessary information (Article 14: Prize redemption may take up to ten (10) business days to process to the Player's designated bank account).

My redemptions are usually quick

Still not paid. Approved Wednesday the 10th and today is Monday the 15th. Nada

Finally was approved. Took 36 days. Lost a customer but glad im finally approved

Second update: im 1 day short of a month of requesting my redemption and still nothing. They claim on here to email them and they will look into it but they are not responding to emails. Stay away!!

Update: im now up to 14 days and still no redemption. Being told the same thing about a glitch in the system 2 weeks in a row. If thay was true why didnt the company send out an email acknowledging this?

My redemptions are usually quick. Im on day 11 and all im getting is the usual 10 day blah blah. Im after 10 days. But still no help. I was also told there was a glitch in the system that caused a hold by 2 different reps a week apart. They will tell tou anything except your moneys on the way. Im getting very frustrated. If they finally approve ill up the rating. But my usual 2 day redemption are now taking 2 weeks? I'll stay away from this one now. Nobody wants to wait 2 weeks for their money

holding my money hostage

got verified on 11/6/25 same day put in for a redemption , 8 days past and they want me to get verified again on a "random" verification but I cant use any of the documents that I used to originally get verified the second time around making it impossible to do so ... in the meantime they are holding my money hostage ...its now 11/16/2025 and they still refuse to release my money ,,,tomorrow I am calling my state attorney generals office as well as the state gaming commission , this place needs shut down

update...I have contacted you 50 times if I have contacted you once .... your people are of no help and most times I get auto responder with no follow up ...useless

Accuses users of violating terms with no proof or evidence

I have been playing this site for a little while. During the time played I have experienced glitches, errors saying I had multiple windows open. Errors saying my account was inactive, yet I still played. Still put my money into their site. I recommended the site to my mother and she has had nothing but problems. She's older so I helped her verify using her phone and her documents. Once she sent in her information they accused her of having someone on her account and sent her a rude email. Even though she did not do what they said, she agreed that she understood. She has had multiple pop ups saying she has multiple windows open and all types of errors but she still continued to play. Fast forward a few days ago she won 385 and cashed out. She played some more the next day and randomly her balance went from a few dollars to around 380 and then it kicked her out. When she tried to log in she got "user not activated." She emailed them and they responded that during her account review (review for what) it was found that she had mock locations and something about enabling locations. My mom is 65 years old. She doesn't even know what a mock location is smh. This site will accuse you of violating terms of agreement with no proof at all. They have not sent her money and she is still locked out of her account. I have 19k followers and growing on Facebook and I would be more than happy to write a review up there. My hope is that they send her money and call it a day. As for now I would steer clear of this site!!!

Incompetent Verification Team

Since the end of August I have been trying to verify my account here before I play or make any purchase. After the normal process that never fails any other sweeps site, I am accused of account sharing and that the verification process was done by someone who is not the rightful account holder.

I made the account, for myself, and was never even able to play due to failed verification. There was no such account sharing. I literally sent them MY ID a picture of MY FACE with my name for my personal use on JefeBet.

This process was repeated manually a 2nd time and support said my account would be verified after that, as long as I agreed to understand ToS and no account sharing, which I never did.

Days go by, it is now October 21st and instead of verifying me, they send the same warning with this time a *final warning* subtext to stop account sharing even though I was never able to play ever on my own account as myself. Joke of a site and joke of a support!!
