Verification Issue Resolved
Encountered an issue with verification, and emailed them after I found it my status was pending for 1 week. Support looked into the issue right away and was able to give me a clear answer of what was needed. After I sent them the remaining documents, they resolved the issue immediately. 10/10 for customer support.

Ran into issues during the verification process. Shot them an email and their employee Juan handled my case quickly and efficiently, ultimately making the process smooth and timely. Not upfront about the amount of information needed
Not upfront about all the needed information to be fully verified. I became frustrated after providing all information asked just to be sent another email requiring more information from me? Not okay or necessary! Allow me to decide if I want to continue based upon the requirements stated in the beginning. Not 3 documetns along with a photo selfie later requiring “hand written” documentation? No thanks, had I known that I wouldn’t have sent all the other information and carried onto a different site. Not satisfied at all!!

Overall great experience playing here! I have been playing on jefebet for maybe 6 months and during that time I’ve probably won about as much as I’ve spent and a little more. I’ve redeemed my “prizes” 16 times with many cancelled redemptions on top of that so it could’ve been more but I just love to play and sometimes get greedy I play on at least a dozen sites but jefebet is in my top 5 favorite. They are fair and seem to have a higher rtp than some of the others. Would highly recommend giving them a shot. From what I remember it did take a few days to get verified but since then it has been smooth sailing and I usually don’t wait more than 3 or 4 days for the redemptions to go through even though they say it can take up to 10 days.

Great response time
I contacted Jefebet cuz I was having problems verifying my account and uploading the documents needed. I got a response back very quickly in which I responded to them and very quickly after that I got a response back saying my concerns have been fixed in the system and that I was already to go. So I give them 10 Stars they did great.

I’ve just started playing on this site. I have won quite a bit. There is a large selection of games and the graphics are pretty good. The only downfalls I can see are. Slow redemption times I believe from what I’m told.
I put in for 4 redemptions. I reached out to customer service to ask how long the redemption time is. I did get a response can be up to 10 days and that you can only redeem 1,000 per day.
Love the games and site hopefully the first redemption goes smoothly. I will update.
I am fully verified I’m not sure why it could take so long but I’m going to stick it out and not put it all back in 🤞
