JN App doesn’t work..?
Downloaded app as wanted to use this method, however couldn’t complete registration as it will not accept either choice for “Let’s secure your account”, either by biometrics or email code? It doesn’t accept either option, so cannot progress pass this page..? Please fix & check your app before launching..?

Great Service When It Works, But Reliability Needs Improvement
I've used JN Send Money Online for quite some time, and when the platform is working, it's an excellent service. Transactions are easy to complete, and sending money is quick and convenient.
My biggest concern is reliability. The platform occasionally goes down, sometimes for several days at a time, with no clear way for customers to report the issue. When I call the toll-free customer service number, the representatives are often unaware that there is a problem with the platform, which can be very frustrating.
I would give this service a higher rating if JN improved communication during outages and provided a better way for customers to report technical issues. Overall, it's a great service when it's operational, but the downtime and lack of communication need significant improvement.
