Good communication
I was kept informed of the progress of my application at regular intervals until the card arrived. An email led me to download the app. The app is easy to use with straightforward instructions at every stage.

Great all round travel service
I was in John Lewis selecting a suitcase for my forthcoming holiday. I had good service and advice from the sales person who also asked where I was going to. Having found out it was Japan they reminded me that a small amount of cash will be needed for the transit systems etc. They pointed out that I could collect it from the first floor Bureau de Change. I went there and found more helpful staff and bought my Yen. Great service all round from JL staff. One question remains - why is the store layout such that the travel agent, travel needs (suitcases, sun creams, power adaptors and perhaps swimwear etc) and foreign currency are not next to each other?

Easy to order online as I was in John’s Lewis store Stratford London, come across this 1970’s style fabric sofa, was kept up when it would be delivered and staff very friendly with phone calls to say they are on the way, thank you, the only issue was not with John Lewis staff just the issue was the card..
