On my first visit to Jolleys the store has a wide selection of products. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

came in today for some of the classic 24 tins and you had none so i asked a member of staff which was a male he wasnt very helpfull said we havent got any asked if you did and other multipacks of tinned cat food he said we have these lil tins so i replied i have 4 cats tht wont feed them so i ask do u knw when u will get any in his reply we had a delivery today so i dont knw he gave no i can check for u nothing i proceeed to the till no plz no thank u think this guy needs to learn customer service have been using u since u first opened my worst experience ever

I visited your pet shop in Peterborough this weekend and was pleased to find everything I needed. Your store is well-stocked, and the cashier who helped me at checkout was friendly and personable.

However, my experience was marred by an incident at the entrance. When I entered the store with my niece, she slipped on the wet floor, fell, and injured her elbow. It was clear that the floor was very slippery, and there was no wet floor signage present to warn customers.

When I informed the cashier (not the same one who served me later) of what had happened and suggested placing a wet floor sign, she responded with disdain and failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. There was no effort to assist us or even inquire about my niece’s well-being.

I strongly recommend that your team receives a refresher on health and safety protocols, especially regarding customer safety and handling incidents appropriately. This kind of oversight and lack of empathy reflects poorly on an otherwise well-run store.

I've normally shopped at pets at home but wanted to try a different company.
There looks like a good variety and quantity in the store, the prices are average hence the average score.
