I visited the Peterborough branch yesterday morning & was delighted that some of the items I required (budgie honey bars) were on offer @ buy two & get one free. Staff efficient & friendly.

Not impressed with making my second attempt to purchase large mice from the Maskew Ave store in Peterborough as I have been told on both attempts over 3 weeks that there are no large mice available at the moment...
The shortage of stock is not good, especially after 3 weeks...

They were very kind and helpful, we had no idea what we wanted and they were happy to discuss and provide assistance.

Popped in for Raw Dog Food at lunch and easy transaction. Only reason not 5 star is that when I got home I realised some of the packs were damaged/cracked but thats more on supplier. Will be fine for dogs.
