JUGGY USA Avis 

Pre-ordered my Juggy Highland Springs on Nov 21, 2025. Received May 2, 2026. Incredibly long wait time. Then when I tried to use the straw, it wouldn't work. There is no suction so liquid will not flow through the straw. Contacted CS May 6 - currently waiting on a response.

I love the ease of purchasing, and the delivery times.

This company is not registered with the BBB and there is no warehouse in Utah if you look it up but I didn't know that before I ordered my two cups and one was for my daughter. These people are heartless assholes and If I do get my cups I will never buy from them again and if I don't get the cups by May 19,2026 I will go to my bank and dispute that charge.

Can’t rate a JUGGY I haven’t even received. Was told it was coming mid April. Just got new email saying now it’s coming end of May. 🙄 I mean I guess it’s good they are answering my emails. I should add I ordered in March.

Shipping takes a while especially with preorders but these are the only bottles that I use these days. They have a variety of shapes and styles with cute designs and are super easy to clean!

My fiance adores his pokeball themed cup and I have the "girls will be girls" witch cup which makes me laugh every time I use it.

Easy to clean and the colors hold up nicely even after multiple washes!

The tumbler is a good product. However I placed an order early January, it's mid April and still nothing I almost forgot I've already paid for an order. The company sends promotion emails daily but nothing in regards to my order I had to go searching for "Your order is being prepared"

I got my Juggy for Christmas and super excited to use it. Christmas night I let my daughter know the straw port is not working., like there is air escaping or entering. Change out the the straw, adjust straw, fiddle with cup … 2 days later still no luck! She sends email to company finally receives a messages and says as soon as they have a replacement lip will send it out!
I check the the website weekly so I can take my juggy when I take my long drives …. It’s now April still nothing.

I received the Taylor Swift Reputation themed tumbler for Christmas 2025. By March 2026 the handle completely broke off while I was twisting the lid back on one day. I emailed them immediately and not only did they not offer to replace or even fix it, all they offered me was a measly 15% discount to buy another tumbler. Except they don’t offer the one I had on their website anymore. Absolutely useless and I’m very upset, I loved my cup and now I just get to sit and look at it sitting in my cupboard. Don’t think I’d recommend buying from Juggy and I don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again. I used Hydroflasks for years and never had one issue, they even sent me a free replacement straw lid I broke that once.

Got the Real Estate bag. Overall it's nice but has one major flaw. The straps are attached by a plastic screw that is really weak. So the bag is very limited in weight that it can carry or the straps will pop off. So it can only hold light weighted items. The rest of the bag is very nice.

Fast shipping, amazing quality, no spilling or dripping whe nozzle is laid down! Love it! I have 2!! Keep the book themed juggys coming and I’ll keep buying!

I had purchased a water bottle previously and loved it but my most recent purchase has soured my experience completely. I ordered a tumblr from them almost a month ago and, dispite giving me a confirmation email, it has been sitting in the fulfillment center the entire time. I was not able to get ahold of anyone to figure out what happened to my cup and cannot even get someone on social media to help. I just want my cup but no one is helping me

Beautiful tumbler and keeps drinks cold. Love it.

I would love to leave a review on the quality, however, I ordered my Juggy over a week ago and they still haven't processed the order. I would not recommend ordering if you need it in a timely manner.

If you have ever wanted a drinking container that speaks your mind then JUGGY is where ya must buy the best in most adorable Tumblers!! First time I looked on the website.I had to have it "Sass In A Glass" !! It describe me to a T and everything I'd like to say and usually say was stickers on the Tumbler!! My drinks stay cold/warm for hours, great product and great staff!! The emails I received when i had questions were polite, uplifting and so sweet! I seriously will use them for all my Tumbler needs... THANK YOU JUGGY ❤️

Terrible customer service. I received the wrong item. Contacted them immediately, and its been over a month and zero response. I tried multiple forms of contact. Nothing. I finally filed a PayPal dispute and they have refused to acknowledge that either. I liked the products and was planning to order more, but never again now.

Ordered a bag and tumbler totalling more than $100 before Xmas. I received confirmation that the label was created but no additional updates were posted on the USPS tracking page. I waited until after Xmas before reaching out and they responded with a boilerplate reply the next day. They advised the issue would be expedited for review. No response has been provided yet. After three weeks requested refund..still no response. I ordered cheap junk from China and have had better service than this

The artwork on my cup did not lineup. This never should’ve been shipped to someone (me) that spent money for it. The fact this made it past any type of quality control says a lot about the company.

This is the worst customer service from a company I have ever experienced. I ordered two tumblers before Christmas and when I received the order, the charms that were supposed to be included with the therapist tumbler were not included in the order. I sent a message through the website and it took a couple of weeks for a response. They said that they had received an order from the manufacturer that did not include the charms. So they could not send them to me separately to complete my order. They did not offer the option to return or exchange and just said they would give me 15% off the order. When I responded and said I would just like to exchange the order for the correct item that included all the parts, it took weeks for them to respond. I sent several more messages and first they were ignored and then received a message referring me to the website for exchange information. When I looked at returning or exchanging the item, there were fees of almost $30 to do this. I sent several more messages stating that this was a mistake on their part since they did not send the correct item and I was not interested in paying money for them to exchange the item for the correct one. I was not trying to return the item, only exchange it for the correct item. Then I was completely ignored for weeks. The product is nice but extremely overpriced but I was willing to pay for such a unique gift. The customer service is non existent. It has been almost two months and I have not received a resolution for their mistake on my order. I also never received the 15% off discount that I was told I would get because of their mistake. They have lost a customer and I will post about this on all my social media and tell everyone about my negative experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
