Warranty
Trampoline has been in excellent condition for years. We recently did have an issue which was resolved immediately via warranty and we also purchased something our warranty had expired on! Kids loving tramp like it’s as new again with hopefully plenty more years of use to come! Great customer service and product. Would highly recommend JumpFlex.

Awesome family fun
Thank you Jumpflex, assembled our new 15foot trampoline, looks terrific, great quality, the green and black really stand out in the back yard. Every one loves the experience, wow it is one full on work out and far more fun than time at the local gym. Once we master the basic moves, we look forward to purchasing a Flexboard to try some more challenging aerial moves.

5 stars for jumpflex I’ve had my trampoline for 3 years now and unfortunately the zipper broke I emailed jumpflex about the issue and they responded so quickly, and replaced it under warranty no hassles fantastic service I’m so happy other than the zipper the trampoline is still in great condition very happy. Thankyou

Just bought our second tramp from…
Just bought our second tramp from jumpflex - because our young one has out grown his small one. Our old one had a mat rip after 4 years of regular use and it was replaced - no questions asked and i had the replacement mat in the mail after a week. Absolutely excellent service. And that’s why I’ll always recommend jumpflex!

Customer service is excellent! Bought our trampoline 3 years ago and the zip stopped working. The amazing team were so lovely to deal with and sent a new net which arrived very quick!

Absolute legends
Absolute legends. We got our trampoline from Jumpflex a few years ago and the zipper wore out so needed replacing. I opened a chat box on their website and 5 minutes later they were replacing it under warranty with no pressure from me. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone asking for a trampoline.

Amazing quality
Amazing quality, plenty of springs to make the mat nice and bouncy compared to cheaper brands. Wasn't fun putting it together as one of the poles had a manufacturer error and we had alot of trouble joining it to the bottom legs. Overall very happy with the finished product!

Replacing our trampoline mat
We needed our six year old trampoline mat replaced in time for my daughter's ninth birthday party and contacted Jumpflex to buy a new one. Their support staff were terrific and sorted it out straight away. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and product!!!
I was looking to replace our spring pad as over the years it has started to deteriorate. I had completely forgotten that I had purchased extended warranty for our trampoline back when we first purchased it. I emailed in regards to costing and ordering one and spoke to the lovely Renee who informed me about the extended warranty that we took out when we first purchased the trampoline. It was then covered under warranty and at no charge at all to us. I really appreciate the honesty and great customer service Renee provided. We now have a family of 3 kiddies who are absolutely loving their jumpflex tramp. I find good customer service hard to come by sometimes and Renee was super helpful and very prompt in her replies also. Thanks heaps Renee and the Jumpflex team for going above and beyond to provide an excellent product and even better customer service.
