Excellent product, great service.

I am sooo happy with the Jumpflex 15ft I recently got for my almost 3yr old.

The order process was super easy and fantastic delivery process. The driver gave me a heads up he was coming, so I could come home and meet him. Plus he helped move it into the back shed in the rain!

It was amazingly simple to put together, with easy instructions and we had it up and bouncing within 2hrs.

My daughter loves being out there and the biggest problem is getting her to come inside when it gets dark.

We got the shade cover, steps, anchor points and the slide which is fantastic. It's big enough for all her cousins and even Mummy jumping too (love the high 250kg weight allowance).

I'm really happy with our Jumpflex and the highest weight capacity in the market was a huge positive for us. I was pleasantly surprised and so happy with the ease of the whole process.

This trampoline is great. Easy to asembly. Great customer service. Best trampoline we ever had and we had three different brands over last seven yesrs.

The trampoline was exactly as promised, It definitely needs two people to assemble. It took two of us about 2-3 hours to get it all together. Once built it's fantastic! Heaps of room and our 3yo loves it.

Definitely at the top of the kids trampolines a family could buy. The extra money is better than buying the cheaper brands.

Absolutely love the 14ft jumpflex trampoline!!! Kids love it! Easy online order, fast delivery within the week! The structure of the trampoline is strong! Worth the money! :)

Firstly I received my trampoline within 4-5 days which was amazing.
My husband was away so my sister and I assembled it, it was so very easy and it took us 1.5 hours in total for everything.
Instructions were very easy to understand, tools were of good quality but perhaps in future add a second tool to lever the jump mat to your kit, I had a spare one so we both were able to work on opposite sides together which cut time down.
The quality of all components are A1 on this tramp, I did a visual comparison between the kmart springs and Jump Flex springs and there is no comparison, Jump Flex were thicker, longer and made from a better and more durable material. We bought our kmart trampoline in October last year and we had to cut it up and threw it away in the June. I can see this one lasting for years to come, if not a lifetime.

easy to purchase from and receive goods in a good timeframe

Ordering was effortless, arrival time was amazing and construction was easy. I had heard so many horror stories about erecting trampolines but this was a breeze. My granddaughter loves it!!!!
