There is not a single garment by j. Brand in j. Store. The j. Store on Devon street chicago sells random garments. Which means the new owner of j. Store is using only the name of j. And have nothing to do with the brand. Very disappointed. Garments made with cheap fabric, with high prices

Lovely staff treated me really well got really nice service beautiful clothes and perfumes I definitely recommend my favourite place to get clothes from for events like eid or casual wear every one should come and check it out!

Disgusting (Poor) customer service for such a highly renowned brand. I have been a customer for more than 4 years now and for the first time I had encountered an issue with an unstiched suit. I filed the complaint and after waiting for 2 weeks they denied me replacement even though eid ul adha is coming they made me to wait for 2 weeks and now 4 days before eid they have denied me.

If there would be an option of giving them 10 stars ,i was ready to give them .i ordered 2 times from this website and received not only fantastic stuff but also smooth delivery . Happy customer 😍

I have ordered with Junaid Jamshed few times now and each time I have experienced nothing but first class service, the items are of excellent quality and the customer service is equally excellent, delivery is fast and even though I had an issue with my recent order, Customer Services Agent Sadaf (Bradford) dealt with it immediately and a resolution was reached smoothly. Sadaf was extremely polite, patient and very helpful, I am a very satisfied customer and will happily continue to shop with this company.

Worst Experience ever at Junaid Jamshed outlet at Giga Mall. They intentionally charged extra money from us. The bill was 10,200 but they asked us to pay 12,500 and didn't give us the bill slip at that time. These are their tactics to confuse people and get extra money from them.

Very bad service or management, I ordered a nice purple printed dress which they show in the website picture and I received a black disguise dress along with that I ordered a blue Kurti with a colourful flower on it and I received a plain blue Kurti no embroidery on it complete waste of money khaadi is better they deliver what they promised

Visited the Birmingham branch on lady pool road and I cannot recommend it anymore. The staff members hina & faizan provided me excellent customer service. It is honestly the best junaid jamshed I have visited and trust me I have visited a few. Definitely worth a visit!

What a complete waste of time and money! Purchasing several products from their website at the end of March '24 turned out to be nothing but frustration. Some of the items I ordered got cancelled because they were out of stock. If they had updated their website promptly, I wouldn't have wasted my time and been left disappointed. To add to the frustration, the items I did receive were not what I intended to purchase—the size and product were different. Despite numerous attempts to call them, no one responded. I even sent an email inquiring about their return policy, but I haven't received a reply yet.

Went to the Glasgow store before Eid to purchase some items. Was looking for some menswear items which were sold out online. The manager in store called Ali was very helpful. He helped us to find some of the items but could not get hold of a waistcoat which was sold out in a lot of stores we phoned. Ali offered to source this after Eid. I wasn’t expecting him to find it but to my surprise he managed to source and we collected from store today. We left the store pleased with the thoroughly efficient service!

Bought a cosmetic product from lucky one karachi branch and got surprised the whole bottle was full of air with less product and was charged hefty amount for it. More than I pay in any international country..

Today we went to junaid jamshed outlet in giga mall islamabad.while I' was checking stuff in mens section.Sales man grab that clothes from my hand without saying excuse me I need it.and give it to other customer and ignored me.they should treat all customers equal and with respect.he was really ill mannered.We used to went paramatta branch in Sydney Australia,they are good.but here in gigamall branch I am really disappointed.no respect for women.

Return policy is absolutely rubbish, if you want to return the item for any reason in my case it was size.
I bought medium but I needed large, went back ask for large size but unfortunately it was out of stock then I request the refund I was told that I can't have refund only exchange.
Only if they explain to the customer at the counter before paying that you can't have refund if you have any problem with the item only exchange.
All the store policies are written in English ( pakistan stores) on the walls behind the counters not everyone is literate to understand so please don't be ashamed of your mother language.
