I was hugely fortunate to find this removals company following a small home emergency, resulting in a lot of rubbish. I got through to their kind operator Anna on the phone, and she booked me in for a collection the same day. The friendly removals pair arrived early and handled everything with absolutely courtesy. I feel their price is more than fair for the work. Thank you very much again! :)

AVOID AVOID AVOID, their price of £180 to collect wood flooring, I received a WhatsApp message later saying they would remove the rubbish (photo supplied) for £140 as I budgeted for £120, I accepted, they accommodated my time as it was near school run time, drove 1 hour to meet for collection and they could not meet that time, they arrived later saw the rubbish and changed their mind back to £180, i did not accept, I was late for my child, I would imagine the collection would have ended up in a country road somewhere.. carting the rubbish myself, I should have read the reviews at the beginning.

I can’t fault the service. We needed an elderly, bed bound relatives junk removed from outside their house. I got a quote based on a photograph, booked a slot and it’s all done. They sent me a video of the end result and we were really happy. I would use them again. Gigi was brilliant.

Fantastic experience from Junk Bunk. On the day I moved home, I realised I had 20 bags of rubbish to get rid of by the end of the next day. A quick search on Google brought up Junk Bunk. No waiting time on the phone, the collection was booked with ease, communication throughout was excellent and the collection of the waste was seamless. All in all a fantastic and effortless experience. They really saved the day for me and at a very good price considering how quickly i needed it collected. Thank you so much for reducing my moving home stresses!

After sending over very clear pictures as to what was to be cleared, I was quoted £490. Then I added in a couple of sofas and 3 garden chairs, which I was told could increase the cost by £150.

They turn up with a van that clearly will not fit the items listed and proceed to take their own pictures of the same things I had already sent them. They then say a full van is £830 plus another half van which is £450, so £1280 total.

How can a company that specialises in junk removal misjudge how much space is needed from clear photos. Either incredibly incompetent or unethical.

Having read other reviews, it seems to be their business model to undercook the quote to get your business then knowingly extort you as you have no choice but to clear the house.

Disgraceful and immoral.

Excellent and fast service. A little expensive but it is worth it as the staff are so helpful and you can have things out of your house in no time. I rang them in the morning and they arranged for collection and dismantling within hours. Thank you.

I’ve been trying for over three weeks to donate a lot of furniture, clothes and homewares etc. to charities and .org’s with no avail.
So I called Junk Bunk this morning. The lady who took my call was very helpful and understood completely what I wanted to have removed.
Believe it or not they were at my door just over an hour and a half later. The two people who came were helpful, very efficient and were gone within ten minutes.

If you’re ever in a similar position as I was or you’d just like your unwanted things removed, I would highly recommend this company.
