The company took £110 for the pass plus bundle deal was told I could then pay £60 for 2 hour lessons at a time, driving instructor wanted all the money up front, kept letting me down asked for a new driving instructor and they said they would get the money back for me when they couldn't get in contact with the driving instructor that owed me the money they basically told me speak to DVSA as it wasn't there problem didn't seem bothered in the slightest. Disgusting behaviour.

Unprofessional. Terrible experience. I wish I remembered to come to trustpilot first about their company. Absolutely awful! Awful instructors. They barely speak English and can’t drive themselves!!

Signed up through their website, they send me an email an hour later asking me to reply with availability and my postcode. After i send this to them, they immediately reply asking for my postcode (which was already given to them during signup). After sending my reply, the email bounces as the email's inbox doesn't exist.

5 hours later they message me on whatsapp asking for the same information. I copy/paste the email i sent as at this point they don't deserve my effort. While on whatsapp they reply fast, i realise that they are using an AI agent to chat to me, which immediately asks me for money upfront before i can talk to a human. When i mention not wanting to send money to their AI agent, it immediately stops responding despite being straight back on every previous message.

DO NOT send money to these scammers. If they can't even put in the effort to talk to you, why should you give them your time at all?

Unreliable, unprofessional, what a waste of money . Avoid .

I had to put one start but belive me they don’t deserve 1 my instructor Anthony (shing yan mak ) he’s aggressive toward you tells you your a bad driver and all he wants is money off you speaking down to you like dirt I got 5 minors an failed due to him telling me a road was 20mph when infact was a 30 zone only for me speaking to drive there reply was the instructor gets you to drive safe so what if no cars are on the road an it’s safe to drive the speed limit you get told not to no you have to drive the correct speed unless obstruction by traffic it’s like driving at 50 an then say I’ll drive at 20 just so am safe no your not allowed to just drive what you want on roads if it’s safe to drive the right speed limit you do so! they don’t refund you an they are terrible to commit to an agreement say away from this company all they want is money but you will fail an then they want more money to restart you word of advice might as well burn ye money then give it to these go on the DVSA PRIVATE DRIVING INSTRUCTIOR AN IT GIVE YOU THE AREA YOU LIVE IN THEY ARE MUCH MORE QUALIFIED THEN THIS COMPANY AN THEY GET YOU WHERE YOU NEED TO BE IN VERY SHORT TIME AS LONG AS YOUR SAFE AN YOU STICK TO RULES IF YOUR ALREADY WITH THIS COMPANY ID DROP AN NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
THIS COMPANY ISNT BOTHERED IF YOU FAIL UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID THEM AT LEAST £3000 that’s when they will tell you maybe good but your not right there for your main test these are a joke and alll they want is you to fail so they get more wages you do not get a refund or as they say if you fail we pay for your next test it’s b*****s**t do not make an agreement infact I wouldn’t even recommend my disabled dog to be tought by these

Pathetic driving services failed in completing their commitments and after that don’t gave the complete refund highly un recommended by me.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a lesson and was told that the instructor would arrive at 9:00 AM. By 10:40 AM, no one had arrived. When I contacted the company, I was simply told they could not reach the instructor. No replacement was arranged, and I was left waiting.

The company failed to honour its commitment and then refused to provide a full refund. This was unprofessional and caused me unnecessary inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this driving school.

I had 8 lessons (16 hours in total) with Sujon. While he was punctual and professional in terms of attendance, I was very disappointed with the overall quality and structure of my training.

At the beginning, we agreed that my lessons would focus on the Musselburgh routes which was my chosen test centre. Unfortunately, every time we scheduled this, the lesson was cancelled by him, and we only visited my actual test area during the week of my driving test.

During my lessons, I was never taught how to use the sat nav. I was led to believe that the examiner would direct me throughout the test, and I only discovered much later that independent driving using a sat nav is a standard part of the practical test. We also did not cover many essential areas of test preparation, including reverse bay parking, parallel parking, other manoeuvres, country roads, motorway driving, mock tests, or other important aspects of practical test preparation. Eventhough I had an experience, I still need to know if I could do the maneuvers according to the UK road rules.

Despite these gaps in my training, I was repeatedly reassured that I was progressing well. However, during the week of my test, after visiting the test routes for the first time, the instructor told me that I was not ready and that there were many areas still to cover (so what the heck have we been doing for 16hours almost £700). I was also informed that I would not be able to use the instructor's car for the test. This came as a shock, significantly affected my confidence, and resulted in me cancelling my test and losing the £62 test fee.

As someone with previous driving experience abroad, I had hoped for a more structured approach to preparing for the UK practical driving test. My advice to other learners would be to agree on a clear learning plan or syllabus from the outset and regularly check that all aspects of the driving test are being covered

Avoid if you are a shift worker – Unprofessional and broke verbal agreement

I would strongly advise shift workers to avoid Just-Drive. Before paying my £110 deposit, I explicitly told them I live in Erdington, get my work rota weekly, and often get called into work last minute. My instructor, Kiran, assured me this would be perfectly fine.

However, when I got called into work 6 hours before a lesson and asked to rearrange, Kiran was incredibly rude, refused, and kept my money of £60.00. When I called the Just-Drive office to politely explain the situation and ask for my £110 deposit back, the staff were equally rude and hid behind their "non-refundable terms and conditions."

I am on minimum wage trying my best to work and learn to drive to better my career, and this business has completely taken advantage of me. They will promise you flexibility to get your money, but they will not honor it. Terrible customer service.

its impossible to contact them, the instructor still owes me 40 quid and is ignoring my texts and phone calls, no way to get that money back if you fail your driving test. Absolutely disgusting

The Driver showed up 30mins late and then left without informing me, wasted £70 on a session which I didn't even get. Tried calling Just Drive, they were of no use

They promised me a driving instructor and lesson for a date and time then gave various reasons why the instructor didn't show up at all when pressed (Mine were initially that they didn't know what had happened, then that the instructor was practicing that day, then that he had a fee he hadn't paid). In this case I immediately requested a cancellation of services and a full refund which was promised, I only got £20 back of the £85 I had paid for their 'deposit'; when asked about the remaining £65 they want my bank details so that the instructor whom I've never communicated with or directly paid anything to can refund me, saying that it was the instructor's fault and not taking responsibility as a company for it when they could just refund me through the original payment paid and recoup any possible losses through the instructor that they've been in contact with afterwards.

It's an worse company ever they don't tell you if you join the company you will be in contract for 52 weeks paying minimum 100 pound a week even though you paid the fees to became a driving instructor, they need to be reported for hiding information in the contract.

When you calk drive in the line keeps dropping and they never get back to you,or they put you on hold after answering then ask you to wait because they are in the middle of something then put the phone down,they don't even deserve one star,pathetically unprofessional,I don't recommend.

Avoid! Paid their guarantee tariff. I had one lesson and then instructor cancelled because it was a long trip for him.

It's a scam. There are NO instructors, just texts/calls. They scam you for the deposit and then ignore you.

I have paid £110.00 in advance for two hour driving lesson and no driver turned up. I will be reporting this as fraud if I do not receive my refund ASAP.

Booked in for a lesson with "Hamid" and paid my deposit.
Explained numerous times I do not want a 10 hour package.
They confirmed I was booked in for just 2 hours. I paid my deposit, cleared my schedule and waited for the date and time.
Hamid proceeded to not show up.
I contacted Just Drive who explained it was because *they* booked in the wrong package.
I followed the correct process, they made mistakes. Despite this, they have told me I am not eligible for a refund.

I do not recommend this school at all — they are extremely unprofessional.
1. They ask for money in advance (£10) just to reserve a lesson slot.
2. I was given a date, time, and told that a female instructor (Agnejka) would contact me before the lesson. On the day of the lesson, no one called me, and the instructor never showed up.

This caused a lot of problems for me. I have a small child, and my husband had to leave work to stay with our child so I could attend the lesson. In the end, he lost work hours for nothing.

I tried calling the school, but no one answered. I emailed them and only got a response days later asking, “Didn’t the instructor contact you?” When I explained clearly that no one called and no lesson took place, my reply was ignored.

I followed up several times, asking for my advance payment back since the service was never provided. After weeks, another employee finally responded, again asking if a different instructor had contacted me — which of course did not happen. Since then, I have been ignored completely. This was back in June, and I have still not received my money back.

In short, they take money, fail to deliver lessons, and then ignore you. Very unprofessional, very unserious, and I do not recommend this school to anyone!

Avoid this company at all costs, it's a total scam. Called them to enquire about driving lessons near Glasgow. Told there was an instructor called "Hamid" free for the weekend. Gave mobile and email for instructor to call and all we have had is spam texts and emails with dodgy links. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Booked an instructor, paid a deposit and the instructor never showed up. In the mean time they had no communication with me and took an incredibly long time to refund the money, where I had to chase up every single time.
Poor customer service, unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. Not worth the hassle and better deals can be found elsewhere.
