AVOID! Absolutely terrible service, dealt with Madeeha from the Stoke branch, anytime I emailed or phoned or anything it would take 2-3 days to get a reply, charged just shy of £700 for not a great deal of work. I’d get emails from my solicitor then a day or 2 later I’d get the same email from Madies secretary saying the exact same thing, I presume to try justify the ridiculous charge. Most other brokers take their commission of roughly £500 as payment, just mortgages take that AND the £695 from you as payment. After taking ages to set up the mortgage then signed me up for a ridiculously expensive life insurance which I cancelled immediately and got my own for about a quarter of the price. Again, completely avoid this terrible rip off company.
