This thing is a complete scam. Does nothing but vibrate your feet and what a complete waste of money. Return it for your money back but they'll try to sell you more trash.

This Platform Completely changed my life. I was in a hard spot 2 years ago. I had major pain problems. Left knee has been through 2 surgeries, Both failed. I was told they would just keep trimming out the meniscus. So at one point I would have it get a knee replacement. The pain got so bad that I would wake up in the middle of the night in stabbing pain in my leg. I was relying on my right knee for support. So my right knee started to also go. Mind you I’m only was 35 years old. I kept doing research. I got steroids shots in my knee, Didn’t do anything for me. I looked into stem cell transplant. That was 8500k for one knee and was told I wouldn’t probably not see results until I got all 4 shots through out the year(also wasn’t even guaranteed to work) so I asked if it doesn’t work then what? Basically have to do it all over again. So I look at a different route, synvisc injection but that also was just a band-Aid. most likely will need to keep going back to get more and more done. With this all going on I had really lower back problems, I couldn’t even bend over to tie my shoes, couldn’t sleep at night. It was very hard to get my bed every morning. I couldn’t even bend my knee all the way, maybe half way. I was very close having it quit my Blue color job that I had for 18 years. I sorry this was is long but I know someone out there is looking for answers. This is not a plate you will get off of Amazon. Don’t event compare those $200-1000 vibration plates to the juvent. I really thought I fitness/running life was over. When I first order it they even said if your not 100% happy with it send it back. Well let me tell you 4 days after I started to using it, the sharp pain i was in starting to go away. Almost 3-5 years of sharp pain starting to go away. 2 week after using it I still had a knee brace on when I went for my very short run (1 mile) before that it was hard to walk my driveway to my mailbox. This will take time to heal. I able to run again. I work out 4-5 times a week at cross fit gym. Very intense! I can now bend my knee all the way with no issues or even pain. I have 4-6 major races this year (2025) I can’t wait to be able to finish this race and not worry about knee pain or back pain. I sleep the best I ever did in years. If I ever travel, i bring this with me. I will always back this company. I hope you found your answer that you were looking for.

I can't help but rave about Juvent and their Micro Impact platform! After a car accident left me with whiplash, I decided to give their services a shot. Boy, am I glad I did! Just a month-long rehab session made a world of difference. The pain that had been sticking around for a stubborn six months after the accident? Poof, gone! Kudos to the Micro Impact platform for its speedy and effective magic. I'm totally Team Juvent and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing a pain-busting superhero on their side! 🌟

Had the am pm bone vitamins on the shelf and had them handy when I broke my ankle. Hope your home vibration plate is ready for sale…I sure need one if you think it will help this injury (couldn’t paste X-ray photo), but lots of plates and screws

to be honest you were all very courteous and helpful and I appreciate it. I do use the platform, keep getting on it by Faith even though, no fault to you, I don't know what it is doing for me :)

Great communication about order and delivery.

I give a 4 star rating because the service team followed through and eventually I received my juvent. I would like to recommend that a bi-weekly note be sent to us waiting folks to let us know we are still in the que and not forgotten about. It was a very stressful time of waiting and waiting. Contacting every month to ask if they have me listed for a juvent. I can not fault the unavailability of parts for the building of my juvent on the service team. I’m so thankful to have the juvent now and already noticing improvements.

I like the product. The company went to great to length to ensure I receive it properly.

Ever since I found out about Juvent through a friend on July 4th, 2022, I was patiently waiting for the Juvent Platforms to be restocked so I could order one. I am very happy to have received it 4 months later and am using every day once or twice. I have also been able to use one twice a week for about 2 1/2 months at a local physical therapy place, to get the ball rolling. I hope to see a difference in my next dexa scan. I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis in 2004 and have had no major problems until a severe fall last April.

I haven’t received the product. Or even an update in weeks. So I don’t know why I’m getting a request for a review.

We learned right up front what kind of customer service Juvent gives. Upon arrival, the Juvent did not work. It was a disappointment but with their one day Fed Ex shipping (each way), we had it back in 3 days, excluding the weekend involved. It works fine and we're happy! We have been using it every day since.

I'm very satisfied with every step of my Juvent, got my call, made my payment and with in 24 hours it was here.
I started using it Monday, I let my body tell me how long I could do it and the 20 minutes was good. I'm on day 4 and even my husband is using it. I might let you know I fell and hurt myself and went to my Chiropractor that Monday and again Wensday. Still on the machine.
I feel it is healing me up as the swelling in my foot is much better and I'm not as sore in my tail bone. What a great investment!

The customer service was prompt and helpful. I get so much relief from using the Juvent as my lower back was painful and the JUvent helps me loosen up and I am healing when I was stuck. I love my Juvent.

my balance is better and my hips do not hurt like they did on Long walks with the dog. I also seem to be sleeping a little better some nights

The service experience has been very positive and no problems at all.

I continue to feel very fatigued and hurt a lot with the machine. I have spoken to you about it and do not know what to do. I cannot believe that I am the only one with adverse effects. I keep hearing about the owner’ 88 year old Mother who is great and uses it 40 minutes a day. I am not one to give up so I keep trying but I am struggling.

I got a email Alert to preorder juvent. It a great reminder each I think was awesome.

There seems to be an issue with communication between Juvent & me as a customer. Every time I called, there appeared not to have any account or record on me so I always had to give them my phone number over & over. The juvent low impact device is over priced. Marodyne offers a .4G unit for $3,000 less.
