K9 Comfort Avis 

I have been using these beds for years now and now my second mastiff is using it, quite frequently not only the dog sleeps on it my granddaughter also falls asleep on it with the dog 😂, I have found it to be very therapeutic and very robust as my dogs have all been over 60kg and the bed is still as good as the day it arrived, the only thing I have had to buy is a new waterproof cover in all the years we have had it.

Like many other negative reviews here suggest, this company seems fine until you encounter an issue and need to contact them—at which point, they simply ignore you.

Their website doesn't provide a phone number or physical address, only an email, which makes it incredibly difficult to get in touch with them.

My order never arrived, and after checking with DPD, they confirmed they never received it. Despite sending five emails over two weeks, I received no response, forcing me to initiate a chargeback with my bank to recover my money.

The company was recommended to me, but after this experience—and reading similar reviews from others—I can’t say I would recommend them.

Edit: As others have noted, they respond quickly here. I finally received a refund, but it was only partial. It seems the issue isn't fully resolved, and I’m now waiting on the outcome of the chargeback with my bank.

Have purchased a dogbed just over 10 months ago for a large breed dog with arthritis (34 kilos respectively). After i was fed up of buying a new bed every few months i gave in and spent a bit more than i normally would do. The bed is still in a good condition after daily snoozes in it for over 10 months now. Keeps its shape well (looks like on day 1) and the cover is also holding up great. Definitely good value for money. Hopefully will last for a good while!

Having rescued a 65kg dog who's been in kennels for 2 years I have struggled to find her a bed. They are too small, too thick, too thin, too bouncy , basically she has rejected all of them. I seen the beds on Facebook and thought I'd try again. The bed is orthopedic and good for joint pain, she suffers with this quite badly. Bed arrived today,and I put it down for her. Shock of shocks!! She loves it. She got straight on and fell asleep! I bought the XL and there is loads of room for her. Amazing value and great service. I highly recommend these beds .

Just got mine but thumbs up so far! Our dog took to it immediately. I was worried she’d miss her old bed but she was quite happy. This is a very robust & spacious bed. I think cleaning it should be much simpler too. It is more expensive but worth it. I ordered a similar size from somewhere else recently. It must be a third of the depth, flimsy & our dog didn’t like it at all.

Wow !! These beds are by far the best I have ever purchased in over 50 years of having German Shepherd dogs . Strong ,sturdy and so very well made , double layer cover with waterproof underlayer ! I would 💯 put my name to the fantastic quality of these beds

Having tried so many different beds and having so many other companies promising comfort for my big Lab I decided to buy from K9 Beds after reading other great reviews. It was easy to order and a great bonus to be able to buy cheaper with one of their really good offers.
The bed arrived quickly, really well packaged and delighted to finally receive a bed that doesn't have the foam smell that many others do!
The bed is top quality, far superior to other so called quality beds out there and from a UK based company too.
My Lab has finally got a bed that fits, that is comfortable and does exactly what the company described it to be, no false bluff there at all unlike some others I have bought in the past.
I massively recommend buying from here, you nor your dog will be disappointed and it's honestly worth every penny. All in all, a great bed from a great UK based company.

Just wanted to say my dogs love their new bed, Poppy had a bad spinal injury and was paralysed for a while, this bed has been brilliant for her recovery. Ended up buying another. One happy customer and doggies!!

The K9 Sofa Bed we bought 4 years ago now for our rescue doberman girl, Summer, is brilliant, she absolutely loves it. She snuggles down at night and rests her head on the surround pillow and is fast asleep!

Rapid delivery and brilliant product. Well made, practical and comfortable. My dog used to want to be on my bed all the time but now she goes straight to her bed and fast asleep. Bear was recently diagnosed with hip displaytia and osteoarthritis. We were advised by vet physio to get him an orthopedic bed to support him properly.
Ordered his bed, 6pm Wednesday, it arrived 1.10pm Friday
By 1.15pm he was settled and comfortable, something hes notbeen for some time.
I actually cried to see him so relaxed. Best purchse I've made for him 🐾💝💝💝

I can not get over this bed it is absolutely amazing ....Simba is over the moon.....it is even more comfy than my own !!amazing company and so easy to deal with....would give 10 stars if I could!!

K9beds is definitely the place to go if you want top quality , not to mention amazing customer service .I ordered a large sofa bed about 2 weeks ago after a few days my tracking hadn’t changed , so I messaged the company and Josh gave me a ring within minutes ,he was so helpful and got straight on the case as to what had happened . There was an error made by DPD so he cancelled that order and put in another one. 2 days later the parcel arrived and honestly you can just tell this product will last by the way it is professionally made and my boy loves it . Fast forward a week and I have just received the original cancelled bed through DPD so I gave Josh a ring to let him know I had received another and what he wanted me to do next in order to get it back to the company , he thanked me for getting back to him and for letting him know and told me to keep the bed and thanx for my honesty , he didn’t have to do that so thank you Josh and your team , I will be recommending you to all my colleagues in the dog training industry and friends and will also be shopping with k9beds again
