The pillow is great , it really helps with my neck pain.

Prompt delivery, excellent product, comes in a handy carry case; a very welcome gift for our pregnant daughter. Worth ordering a spare cover for the pillow.

The pillow case I ordered is great the only suggestions I have would be they would not make them in one size and the colours they have aren’t the best. Would love to see more pastel colours.

I absolutely love my New Pillow. First purchase from Kalla Sleep.On opening I thought it may be too firm. But I was wrong. It is so comfy, and eased my Arthritis neck and shoulder pain. I would recommend this Pillow, very good quality too. Thank you 😊

Lovely firm side sleeper pillow. Had such a good night sleep and it is far superior to a a much more expensive, known brand side sleeper. Am so glad I bought this.

I was a bit hesitant about getting a pregnancy pillow, but after some research online I decided that the Kally Sleep was worth trying out. I love the fact they give you a 14-day trial. It is the best thing ever. It’s like being cuddled all night. My boyfriend tried it once and now can’t wait to use it when I’m not around. My hip pain from sleeping in my side has gone too, making the pregnancy easier. Definitely worth every penny!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I made the mistake of ordering from Kally again last time 2022 and service was dreadful then. I only did this because they won’t sell knee pillow replacement covers via their 3rd parties so we had to order direct.

I ordered and they said despatched 29th Jan Evri tracking showed goods never arrived with them even 5 days ago! I emailed Kally, they didn’t respond and now 5 days later, tracking not updated, goods not received and I’ve emailed again! Today is 7th Feb!

They had the audacity to spam me twice asking for reviews on both items.., so they will regret that by time I’ve finished leaving reviews everywhere!

I’ll be doing a chargeback on credit card come Monday if goods not there.

Don’t buy from these people is my advice !

Awful customer service - I’ve been chasing Kally Sleep for three weeks on email, and other socials and no reply. The cooling mattress topper just made me hotter and the pillow didn’t help me at all either. Refunds wise, you have to pay for returns which costs a lot and I just need to speak to someone… but I’ve been trying for around an hour a day and not heard anything. Awful.

I bought my daughter the U Shaped Pregnancy Pillow and it has gone lumpy all over! it was only purchased in October 2024.
As this comes with a 2 year guarantee, I have emailed Kally Sleep repeatedly and also sent a message via FaceBook. I have also tried ringing them and the number does not exist!
I have now gone to my card provider to request a chargeback for faulty goods.

I have a faulty pillow case, it's been 3 and a half weeks and they've not replied once. I've follows up them 4 times now. Their phone number (0207 499 6209) is disconnected. They clearly are not interested in resolving issues with faulty products.

Poor quality u-shape cushion. Clearly not filled properly as lumpy and has gaps in after less than 1 week of using it! Emailed the customer service team on a number of occasions and no response. No telephone number to call

The body pillow arrived swiftly from Kally Sleep. Compared with the previous body pillow, it was poorly filled and lumpy and not comparable with image on the Kally Sleep website. In an email to Kally Sleep, I indicated I was dissatisfied and the same day got an email about claiming a refund. I emailed back to say I wanted a better quality pillow but had no response. Most disappointing.

Terrible customer service, website shows product as something completely different. Not answering emails.

I purchased an electric blanket directly from their website
I have tried ringing them the number given on the product literature is not in use . I have found new numbers on the internet which do not work either .
The customer service email address which is on the website , they don’t respond to
Product is still in guarantee but faulty .
It looks like I have lost my money .
Writing this review to highlight to others

Poor quality product and uncomfortable to use. Customer service was poor and unresponsive.

I purchased a body pillow (August 2024) which was of very poor quality...the filling was lumpy, mishapen, unevenly distributed and divided in the middle. As a result it was very uncomfortable and unusable. I contacted their customer service who didn't reply to my initial emails. They replied 8 days after my first email once PayPal got involved. At this stage Kally sleep sent me a replacement. Unfortunately it was of the same poor quality. So the whole process started again. Their customer service did not reply to my emails (requesting a return for a refund) until PayPal contacted them again. At this point Kally sleep agreed to give me a refund. I have not received a refund as of Nov '24.

They have not responded to my subsequent emails, effectively ghosting me. They promised me a refund....twice..... and have not honoured this.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the experience I've had with Kally Sleep. I can see looking through the reviews that sadly this is a typical response to customers who have an issue with their products. That if you receive a defective item the customer service is very poor and you are unlikely to get a refund.

Based on my experience I would advise people to avoid this company and their products

Paid extra for a support pillow with cooling pillow case and was just sent a support pillow with no case at all! I’ve been trying to contact customer services for weeks but am receiving absolutely no response. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.

Dreadful product have written to Kalla 3 times each email ignored. Have provided a separate review before where oddly as soon as its public they responded to “ well only on here” to make it appear they cared. They never actually followed this up to resolve the issues.

Be careful product is cheap and poor quality. Customer service is worse and non existent.

Should have checked prior reviews as most say how poo customer service is, that’s if anybody gets a response
