I signed up in July '26 and sent immediate emails to be sure the genes Kash referenced in his webinar were covered in the 5 Pillars Coaching program: GSTT1, ADRB2, BDNF, GSTM1, CIT2R1, VBBP, VDR, DRD2, COMP, MAO, FG22, UGBT 17, UGBT 15. I did not get a response to my 6 emails. In those few days, I also had trouble the two times I tried to sign in and never haave gotten on. On the 8the day after signing, I asked for a refund. I have been denied. They are saying since I signed on Day 1 and was given access (even though the links didn't work) I do not have any other options than to "catch up" now 4 months later. Once you sign, they hold you to a standard they don't hold for themselves (in my opinion). They sent my CC company a 30-page legal document about what it means when a person signs their contract. I would be VERY certain you are moving forward and have any questions answered BEFORE you sign. I only wanted a refund a week in - when I didn't get confirmation of the genes that were included and couldn't sign in. I feel this company does not hold themselves to the standard they have everyone else uphold.

Kash has an incredible knowledge! He goes into detail about what women really need. It's amazing he has dedicated his life to helping women. I am excited to work with him and his team. I have had an extremely positive interaction with his team so far. I am really looking forward to this life changing experience. Thank you Kash for being so knowledge!

I want to share my overall experience with the Five Pillars Program created by Kashif.
Overall, I found the program to be very helpful, particularly for women over 50 who are considering hormone therapy or are already using it. Kashif’s team is supportive and genuinely interested in helping women better understand their hormones and their bodies.
Dr. Inna is extremely knowledgeable and provides valuable insight into how hormones work and what may be happening in your body. I found her expertise helpful and precise, although difficult to grasp at times.
That said, I think it’s important to understand what you are signing up for. The program is quite comprehensive and, at first glance, can feel overwhelming. There is a tremendous amount of information, much of it scientific and detailed. If you don’t have a scientific background, it can take time and effort to fully understand and process everything.
For me, the program required self-discipline, persistence, and a willingness to invest the time to really dig into the information rather than simply expect someone else to do the work for me.
After struggling with the material for a couple of months, I eventually set aside what was most important to me and made three major lifestyle changes\. Those changes were not always easy, and I definitely had some challenges along the way. But they ultimately helped me see the value of the program.
My biggest takeaway is this: **the program can give you the knowledge, guidance, and tools, but ultimately, it’s up to you to put them into practic. The program will only work for you if you work with the program.**

My health has improved and I have a better understanding of how my body functions based on my unique DNA.
It does take commitment and time invested to understand what his company is teaching. You do have to put in the work yourself.

Let me start by summing up the course right at the beginning = AMAZING. I was new to Instagram and came across a masterclass for Kashif Khan. I was fascinated by what was being talked about. I had been tired of not feeling well despite trying this medicine or that therapy with conventional healthcare. And there were things I was being told by doctords that just didn't make sense.

I was a member of Kash’s 5Pillar Program and have learned so much from him and the expert panel. The information provided from the DNA test opened my eyes to a new way of caring for my health. I realized that the medical system focuses on a general way of treating symptoms of health issues, never addressing the root cause. Kash’s program taught me that looking at your genes and supporting the genes that don’t function properly is the way to heal yourself from many health issues. For me, I experienced horrible menopause symptoms. I wish I would’ve came here first. I sent in my DNA and joined the class at the cost of $4500. I got my DNA kit several weeks later. I sent it in. And waited and waited and waited. So eventually, I called the DNA company and they told me that my results had been ready. So with the class I was in I went and asked if they could explain what the DNA had found out. I could not find one single person that could help me. Not even Kashif Khan, or his crew from the Skool. Everybody in there spoke like they were doctors. They definitely had one up on me. I didn’t understand what they were saying or what I was reading. I was told that this Hydro machine would actually make me feel much better. I went to them because my health was bad. So as a sucker, I paid another $5000 for this Hydro machine, they hasn’t done squat. I finally gave up with them through all my frustration. I think it’s ridiculous to spend $10,000 with somebody and they can’t even tell you what your test says. I would stay far away from this company as I could. Unless you know exactly what you’re dealing with. If you have a physicians degree or a PhD or something that would allow you to be able to interpret your test results. That’s all I wanted was for them to explain my test results. Very expensive lesson learned. I think it’s a shame that people who are ill and looking for help are taken advantage of.

I did the 5 Pillar program through Kash Khan Official which included the DNA 360 test from The DNA Company. I learned so much invaluable information from the test and the program.

I gained insights as to why my Father's side of the family is prone to cancers and dementia and my Mothers side neurological disorders. I learned how to navigate my own DNA and make better life choices.

I liked the fact you can learn at your own pace with the extensive video library and community tools and resources but there are live Coach calls, daily q&a calls to get all my questions answered and very helpful resources like the pattern tool finder and cheat sheets.

I would highly recommend the program to anyone who wants to empower their lives through understanding their own specific DNA.

The company THREATEND TO SUE ME for making negative comments on their program that was based on true facts on the incidents that happened as it is on my emails. It is overpriced as other viewers has said on ChatGPT and the customer service is very poor who immediately just to rip you off and send out the kit before you can see what is in the program. bec. they send the kit out immediately and to get majority of the $$$ back you need to cancel the program the same day you sign u or you will automatically lose about $500 to $1000 within 24 hours even if they offered you a refund within 14 days!

On two different emails they offered a refund and now have recanted that offer. They are closed on weekends so I could not contact them until Monday. That Friday before they said they could give 95% of my money back. They said on that Monday they would make a one time exception but they would not return my email to how much deduction they would charge. Again, POOR COMMUNICATION with no response. Then they accused me if lying and misleading to sue me. Really?? Look at the complaints from other platforms before you buy!

On July 7th, 2026, two people on the live webinar were giving negative comments on the kit and not getting the support they need and they either already did the DNA Company kit ( Kashif Khan sold the DNA Company) or did not want to do the kit but could not get a refund for the amount they paid! This is not misinformation this if fact.

They sent emails I could get my money back before the kit was sent out and now they changed their mind. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALL OR EMAILS REGULARLY for follow ups as they said they would. Btw, Kashif Khan is in Toronto but his company is operated out of California and charges US$$$. The extra services cost $800 US per hour not included in program. There program I believe is aimed better for beginners who have no understanding of alternative medicine.
