I searched and searched for replacement armrests for my office chair and couldn't track them down. Then I stumbled upon kay-twelve and Stephanie, the sales rep that helped me, was extremely helpful and tracked down the parts for me. The parts were fairly priced when I later considered it, but was quite a bit out of my original budget. When I communicated that to Stephanie her professionlism and courtesy did not end. I can tell these sales reps aren't out to jusy make a sale. And this will do well for them as a company, because i will remember them in the future and recommend to others! Professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
