When I ordered a product from Kay-Twelve, I remember feeling very happy about the service. The process is user friendly, with quality products, and with a quick delivery, and to top it off, a great price! More for less truly should be their slogan!

We ordered 3 tables with built in stools for my work.
Easy to order:
Very good quality product
Delivery was easy/ flawless
Item was fully assembled
Rolled in to our building and set up in seconds
Things I like about the tables; easy to clean, easy to fold up and clean underneath tables, stools attached, no need for extra chairs that our janitor has to move every night.
Over all a great product and company to work with.

We placed an order two months ago, received a phone call las week delivery day Monday, it is Thursday and no delivery.

Good customer service, great communication when a problem comes up.
I would ask that on the shipping emails and other emails that are sent to the customer, that the item is named in the invoice and/or paper work.
I order multiple items and when i open an email from you, i have no idea what is being shipped. If its a blue chair, list a 10 ea blue chairs.
!ea. 4x8 white board. this will make it easier on the customer to see what is being shipped.

Was online and had a support staff online answering questions, processed my order quickly and already had a response to my order! very quick, helpful and easy!

All on-line vendors allow you to check-out as a guest instead of creating an account. I probably will never need to order from you again and I don't need an account. It took more of my busy time to create an account instead of being allowed to check out as a guest. I suggest you allow the guest check-out for future customers. AND, I DO NOT WANT ANY E-MAILS TELLING ME OF YOUR SPECIALS!!!!!!!!! IT WILL GO RIGHT TO SPAM.

This was the first time our school worked with Kay-Twelve. The attention of our salesperson and the prompt response to our questions was exemplary. If the receipt and installation are on par I will recommend this company without reservation.

No question our sales contact, Kevin Stoller, went above and beyond helping us locate, evaluate and purchase classroom furnishings from Kay-Twelve.

The prices for the replacement parts of the KI intellect Chairs seat with Support bracket are very expensive. I ordered the same product one year ago $ 26.99 each and today June/2015 is $41.99. I don't understand about the big different in price $15.00.

I worked with Adam Meyers when placing my order. He has an impeccable eye for design and his suggestions were flawless. I really struggled with this since I am color blind so I really needed extra assistance in making my selections. I sent Adam a plate of my colors and he suggested the perfect options for my office.
