I easily found the keys I needed for P92 code. The keys that Kay Twelve delivered looked like originals, including the folding rubber head. I'm a locksmith, so I know this is a hard to find key. After I tried the key, I discovered that the locking studs were missing from all the drawers. I was surprised, (delighted), to find the parts I needed on the Kay Twelve website. Shipping was prompt, however delivery took the standard 5-7 days. I recommend this site to any locksmiths or building managers who need to supply file cabinet keys or parts.

My toddler son had hidden the keys to our file cabinet, so I needed to order a replacement set. I decided to order two sets, just in case. The keys were sent out within the timeframe on the website; upon delivery I found that one set was the wrong set for my cabinet. I contacted the company to determine how they wanted to handle the return. I received an e-mail response the next business day that a new (correct) set was on its way to me. No muss, no fuss. I greatly appreciate companies that handle and resolve order issues promptly. I would definitely recommend Kay-twelve to anyone!

Kay-Twelve really helped me zero in on the furniture we needed for our new library. They had excellent suggestions in a range of prices. Simply using the online helper linked me into someone who deeply understood the products and provided me with very quick quotes. There was some latitude in pricing to help our small library out.

I can rate the ordering process as best experience I've had with on-line ordering. I will have to wait to rate product once I get it, but suspect it will also be positive. Helped me in great detail find the correct leg replacements for several folding tables. It took some extra work and several emails, but it was a special order. In the whole process I was successfully transferred between associates who were eager to help.
