Kay-Twelve.com has the best customer service!
I was struggling in spending just as much $ on the shipping of the horseshoe tables I needed as I was spending on the tables themselves. The customer service reps helped me save money that can go back to serving the kids! Thanks Kay-Twelve!

I reviewed your order and communications prior to the order and it does seem like there was a long time between the initial interaction and you receiving the order. Some of the delay looks like it was on our part, since we needed to confirm the correct part numbers with the factory. It also seems like there was a longer than average time to get the paperwork processed since this was our first order from your organization. We strive to be fast, accurate, and easy to work with and I will take this information to the rest of the team as a learning experience.
Fast service and quality products.
My first purchase from Kay-Twelve was for two leather table chairs. They arrived in just a couple days and they look great. Service was very good and the pricing was the very competitive. Overall, I would recommend Kay-Twelve to my friends.

Great Customer Serivce
Kay-Twelve was very friendly and helpful on my purchase of round tables and a catty. They where delivered in a reasonable time frame and there was no damage to my product. They had a pretty reasonable price for the tables so I defiantly think if we need some more tables we will order from Kay-Twelve.

Excellent - customer service able to find items not on website or catalog that I needed.
I purchased 4 file cabinets a few years ago - blue and purple. Have been looking for over a year for more but not in your catalog. After contacting customer service Adam was able to find what I needed and it was ordered in the color I wished. Never had such helpful CS with any online dealings. You'll be our go - to place for office furniture/equiment from now on. Thank you

After finding that Kay-Twelve.com offered the best available combination of price and shipping on a chair model I was seeking, I was pleasantly surprised also to find Kay-Twelve personnel provide exceptional customer service with capable help to customize the chairs for my needs. I had a great experience shopping from Kay-Twelve. Prompt delivery of the chair glides I ordered and courteous dealings with the staff. I liked being able to talk to someone directly on the website when I needed help (thus being able to avoid a phonecall).
Would definitely buy from them again.

What a pleasant surprise! Awesome customer service from an online retailer!
Our organization has searched high and low for durable yet lightweight tables for our activities, and found them on the Kay-Twelve site. I contacted them to ask a few questions, and was treated as though I were in a high end retail store.
Any of our organizations need that we have, I now check to see if they are in stock at Kay-Twelve first.
It was a pleasure doing business with them.
